I bought this bag for my girlfriend she… I bought this bag for my girlfriend she didn't voice it but I know from her last purse that her only complaint is that it doesn't have a single thick over the shoulder strap. She is very happy with her gift and she uses the bag often the plain flat black leather goes with anything, the pink inner lining is effimanante, the hide away pouch is efficient for temperature control, and the depth/width of the bag makes it useable for everyday and special occasions. I will be purchasing the same or a similar bag for my mother for her birthday. Five Star Grade
