GREAT customer service I really liked this idea. So, I got it for my partner for Christmas. She didn’t think that she’d use it enough. I gave it 4 stars because when I inquired about the return policy, PortoVino got back to me right away, and made it super user-friendly to return. Great customer service, which go me is often even more important than the product itself.

The Aubergine is a winner but the canvas is not. The Aubergine purse is a winner. But the canvas tote was a miss. The canvas material is rough. The whole point of getting the canvas tote was to be able to take it on picnics or to the beach. The material chaffed the underside of your arm. It doesn’t feel good.

Worst company ever! Worst company ever!! Do not order from here!! Money was withdrawed as soon as the order was made back in October 2022, but we have never received anything. The telephone number doesn’t work and neither does their e-mail. Therefore no possible way to get in contact with them. Such a scam website!

Clutch black purse I absolutely love the quality of my purse , and the abilities to carry my adult juice ! I know most people just see it as only for wine , but I ordered a couple of extra bags just in case I want to carry water or liquor 🙃. I am looking forward on my next investment, possibly a beach bag
