GBOrder delivery timing questionable Perhaps I'll think better of the company IF the order is ever delivered. They said 10 days. It's been 7 and the USPS tracking number shows that USPS doesn't yet have it. We're feeling skeptical. In 'chats' on their site they say it will get there but .. when there's no movement at all, one wonders.

GBDonna is an amazing woman that went way beyond to please your customers. Hi, I had ordered a dogface jacket for a gift and it was too small. I dealt with a wonderful employee who was very helpful. She went above and beyond to help us. She sent another one at a very reasonable price and shipping. Now after receiving the 2nd one, a medium red, it also was to small. Now, Donna was so professional in how she helped resolve the problem. I sent in the measurements and Donna said I would need an Xtra large. And, I would just have to pay for the shipping. She is an amazing employee that really goes above and beyond to help your customers keep going back to buy your products. You are lucky to have her. Dale Martin

GBGreat Experience I ordered a 4XL TheDogFace Dog Raincoat & Windbreaker - Snowfield for my 80lb 13 mos old Golden and it came in about 2 weeks. I ordered the 4XL based on the size chart. The jacket fits but it is snug. When he runs the velcro tends to come undone. I contacted the company about an exchange and they were very helpful in getting me the appropriate size. I went with their largest size in 5XL at a very low extra cost and I was able to keep my original order. I will be using it as a gift for a friend! Thanks!

GBI ordered about 20 days ago and still… I ordered about 20 days ago and still haven’t received my order. Very disappointed in this type of customer service. No tracking number just an email saying order was processed.

GBDefective materials and bad customer service I am writing to inform you about a serious defect in my Scandinavian 6-drawer Wood Dresser that I bought from your company on May 30, 2023. Despite assembling it with utmost care and precision, the dresser has become nonfunctional and aesthetically displeasing. The six drawers are now difficult to open and close, while the front of the dresser has split on both sides, and there is a visible gap between the wood planks on the right side. The company agreed to refund my credit card but then reneged, stating that they would only issue a check if I provided proof that the dress was disposed of. The company gives conflicting information, and doesn't honor their warranty.
