Slimy Business First of all, I want this to be a 100% genuine review so I will say that the parka jacket I got was of good quality. However, what was unbeknownst to me and many shoppers, is that this jacket is VERY tight fit, there’s 0 flexibility for dogs of different body shapes, and that is why so many people complain about the fit. My dog is a small skinny chihuahua (5lbs). This jacket fits most of her body except for her hind legs, she can’t move in it. So sadly this is not a product I’d recommend unless they can change the design to add more stretchability to the sleeves. Now onto the company, I’ve brought this to their attention and they were least interested in resolving the issue for me. I ended up asking for a refund for the returned of this unused product, they declined. They were only willing to give me store credit so I will spend it on something else with them but I did not want anything else to do with this company. Bad customer service and badly designed product.

Donna is an amazing woman that went way beyond to please your customers. Hi, I had ordered a dogface jacket for a gift and it was too small. I dealt with a wonderful employee who was very helpful. She went above and beyond to help us. She sent another one at a very reasonable price and shipping. Now after receiving the 2nd one, a medium red, it also was to small. Now, Donna was so professional in how she helped resolve the problem. I sent in the measurements and Donna said I would need an Xtra large. And, I would just have to pay for the shipping. She is an amazing employee that really goes above and beyond to help your customers keep going back to buy your products. You are lucky to have her. Dale Martin

The funny looking disc has done the… The funny looking disc has done the trick as far as stopping my "chewer" from getting to his forearm. I had tried the donut, a cone, every ointment/anti-itch concoction and finally he is on the mend. Only downfall was the company was sold out of two different colors and it took a couple weeks to get the "lifesaver" in the mail.

I ordered about 20 days ago and still… I ordered about 20 days ago and still haven’t received my order. Very disappointed in this type of customer service. No tracking number just an email saying order was processed.

Disgusting and incompetent fools that… Disgusting and incompetent fools that completely screwed up the order with the wrong size and then wanted me to pay $$$ to return and threatened to close the order if I did not give them a tracking number in 5 days. They take no responsibility for their mistake. RUN AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY ! CANNOT BE TRUSTED !
