Great Experience I ordered a 4XL TheDogFace Dog Raincoat & Windbreaker - Snowfield for my 80lb 13 mos old Golden and it came in about 2 weeks. I ordered the 4XL based on the size chart. The jacket fits but it is snug. When he runs the velcro tends to come undone. I contacted the company about an exchange and they were very helpful in getting me the appropriate size. I went with their largest size in 5XL at a very low extra cost and I was able to keep my original order. I will be using it as a gift for a friend! Thanks!

Donna is an amazing woman that went way beyond to please your customers. Hi, I had ordered a dogface jacket for a gift and it was too small. I dealt with a wonderful employee who was very helpful. She went above and beyond to help us. She sent another one at a very reasonable price and shipping. Now after receiving the 2nd one, a medium red, it also was to small. Now, Donna was so professional in how she helped resolve the problem. I sent in the measurements and Donna said I would need an Xtra large. And, I would just have to pay for the shipping. She is an amazing employee that really goes above and beyond to help your customers keep going back to buy your products. You are lucky to have her. Dale Martin

Happy with my purchase The only issue I had was I never received an email confirmation. After several days I started backtracking. I found the sale on my credit card and had to research the name of the seller, which was not Lilly an Max. I sent an email to find out what was going on and received an extremely quick response. I was very pleased with that and my item arrived the next day. I’m very happy with the quality and the quick response when I had questions.

Order sitting in limbo My Order is just sitting. I placed my order and it went to delivery status soon after (3 days or so) but USPS shows they never received the package. I have reached out through the chat (even though no one is ever on) and sent a message 2x and have not heard a reply. It has been 5 days that USPS label was created and is waiting on the package.
