Order delivery timing questionable Perhaps I'll think better of the company IF the order is ever delivered. They said 10 days. It's been 7 and the USPS tracking number shows that USPS doesn't yet have it. We're feeling skeptical. In 'chats' on their site they say it will get there but .. when there's no movement at all, one wonders.

I think I have made some cones we have borrowed four or five and bought at least three trying to find something that does not make our cat miserable and also keeps him from biting himself. I saw the flat one from Lily and Max and thought this might do the job. It is perfect. Not only can he not reach his body to bite but he is perfectly comfortable in it running around the house, eating, drinking and sleeping using his new Elizabethan collar for a pillow. I am so glad I found your product!

Great Experience I ordered a 4XL TheDogFace Dog Raincoat & Windbreaker - Snowfield for my 80lb 13 mos old Golden and it came in about 2 weeks. I ordered the 4XL based on the size chart. The jacket fits but it is snug. When he runs the velcro tends to come undone. I contacted the company about an exchange and they were very helpful in getting me the appropriate size. I went with their largest size in 5XL at a very low extra cost and I was able to keep my original order. I will be using it as a gift for a friend! Thanks!

The funny looking disc has done the… The funny looking disc has done the trick as far as stopping my "chewer" from getting to his forearm. I had tried the donut, a cone, every ointment/anti-itch concoction and finally he is on the mend. Only downfall was the company was sold out of two different colors and it took a couple weeks to get the "lifesaver" in the mail.

Donna is an amazing woman that went way beyond to please your customers. Hi, I had ordered a dogface jacket for a gift and it was too small. I dealt with a wonderful employee who was very helpful. She went above and beyond to help us. She sent another one at a very reasonable price and shipping. Now after receiving the 2nd one, a medium red, it also was to small. Now, Donna was so professional in how she helped resolve the problem. I sent in the measurements and Donna said I would need an Xtra large. And, I would just have to pay for the shipping.
