I think I have made some cones we have borrowed four or five and bought at least three trying to find something that does not make our cat miserable and also keeps him from biting himself. I saw the flat one from Lily and Max and thought this might do the job. It is perfect. Not only can he not reach his body to bite but he is perfectly comfortable in it running around the house, eating, drinking and sleeping using his new Elizabethan collar for a pillow. I am so glad I found your product!

GBSlimy Business First of all, I want this to be a 100% genuine review so I will say that the parka jacket I got was of good quality. However, what was unbeknownst to me and many shoppers, is that this jacket is VERY tight fit, there’s 0 flexibility for dogs of different body shapes, and that is why so many people complain about the fit. My dog is a small skinny chihuahua (5lbs). This jacket fits most of her body except for her hind legs, she can’t move in it. So sadly this is not a product I’d recommend unless they can change the design to add more stretchability to the sleeves. Now onto the company, I’ve brought this to their attention and they were least interested in resolving the issue for me. I ended up asking for a refund for the returned of this unused product, they declined. They were only willing to give me store credit so I will spend it on something else with them but I did not want anything else to do with this company. Bad customer service and badly designed product.

GBOpinion changed I initially was unhappy with this company due to very prolonged shipping times and unhelpful email correspondence. However, in the end they did ship me a great product and refunded me to keep me happy which I have asked them to reverse as I should be charged now that the product arrived. Be patient with this company’s timing. In the end, it will be worth it.

GBDefective materials and bad customer service I am writing to inform you about a serious defect in my Scandinavian 6-drawer Wood Dresser that I bought from your company on May 30, 2023. Despite assembling it with utmost care and precision, the dresser has become nonfunctional and aesthetically displeasing. The six drawers are now difficult to open and close, while the front of the dresser has split on both sides, and there is a visible gap between the wood planks on the right side. The company agreed to refund my credit card but then reneged, stating that they would only issue a check if I provided proof that the dress was disposed of. The company gives conflicting information, and doesn't honor their warranty.

GBOrder sitting in limbo My Order is just sitting. I placed my order and it went to delivery status soon after (3 days or so) but USPS shows they never received the package. I have reached out through the chat (even though no one is ever on) and sent a message 2x and have not heard a reply. It has been 5 days that USPS label was created and is waiting on the package.
