Good product, bad sizing. My dog had surgery on her eye and the large cones were NOT workin for her. I tried everything. I was really impressed with the product itself, paid extra for fast delivery and it did come quick. Got the biggest I could get but still was not big enough for my dog's chubby neck. This wasn't the best for her but I will keep it for possibly future animals or to share to a friend that may ever have a use for it.

Donna is an amazing woman that went way beyond to please your customers. Hi, I had ordered a dogface jacket for a gift and it was too small. I dealt with a wonderful employee who was very helpful. She went above and beyond to help us. She sent another one at a very reasonable price and shipping. Now after receiving the 2nd one, a medium red, it also was to small. Now, Donna was so professional in how she helped resolve the problem. I sent in the measurements and Donna said I would need an Xtra large. And, I would just have to pay for the shipping. She is an amazing employee that really goes above and beyond to help your customers keep going back to buy your products. You are lucky to have her. Dale Martin

Opinion changed I initially was unhappy with this company due to very prolonged shipping times and unhelpful email correspondence. However, in the end they did ship me a great product and refunded me to keep me happy which I have asked them to reverse as I should be charged now that the product arrived. Be patient with this company’s timing. In the end, it will be worth it.

Scam Order took over 3 weeks to ship my order and then, when i emailed them about it, it suddenly said it was shipped and “delivered” in the same day, but my package never came. They’re claiming since i received a delivery email that it must have been stolen and won’t give me a refund or a new product.

This company is a scam This company is a scam! Buyer beware. I have written them three emails on sending me a shipping label to return the two jackets that I got that I measured for and did not fit at all on my two dogs. $86 down the drain and no one has contacted me.
