GBHappy with my purchase The only issue I had was I never received an email confirmation. After several days I started backtracking. I found the sale on my credit card and had to research the name of the seller, which was not Lilly an Max. I sent an email to find out what was going on and received an extremely quick response. I was very pleased with that and my item arrived the next day. I’m very happy with the quality and the quick response when I had questions.

GBExactly what we needed Exactly what we needed! I think I have made some cones we have borrowed four or five and bought at least three trying to find something that does not make our cat miserable and also keeps him from biting himself. I saw the flat one from Lily and Max and thought this might do the job. It is perfect. Not only can he not reach his body to bite but he is perfectly comfortable in it running around the house, eating, drinking and sleeping using his new Elizabethan collar for a pillow. I am so glad I found your product!

GBI ordered about 20 days ago and still… I ordered about 20 days ago and still haven’t received my order. Very disappointed in this type of customer service. No tracking number just an email saying order was processed.

GBThe funny looking disc has done the… The funny looking disc has done the trick as far as stopping my "chewer" from getting to his forearm. I had tried the donut, a cone, every ointment/anti-itch concoction and finally he is on the mend. Only downfall was the company was sold out of two different colors and it took a couple weeks to get the "lifesaver" in the mail.
