Good product, bad sizing. My dog had surgery on her eye and the large cones were NOT workin for her. I tried everything. I was really impressed with the product itself, paid extra for fast delivery and it did come quick. Got the biggest I could get but still was not big enough for my dog's chubby neck. This wasn't the best for her but I will keep it for possibly future animals or to share to a friend that may ever have a use for it.

The funny looking disc has done the… The funny looking disc has done the trick as far as stopping my "chewer" from getting to his forearm. I had tried the donut, a cone, every ointment/anti-itch concoction and finally he is on the mend. Only downfall was the company was sold out of two different colors and it took a couple weeks to get the "lifesaver" in the mail.

Happy with my purchase The only issue I had was I never received an email confirmation. After several days I started backtracking. I found the sale on my credit card and had to research the name of the seller, which was not Lilly an Max. I sent an email to find out what was going on and received an extremely quick response. I was very pleased with that and my item arrived the next day. I’m very happy with the quality and the quick response when I had questions.

Donna is an amazing woman that went way beyond to please your customers. Hi, I had ordered a dogface jacket for a gift and it was too small. I dealt with a wonderful employee who was very helpful. She went above and beyond to help us. She sent another one at a very reasonable price and shipping. Now after receiving the 2nd one, a medium red, it also was to small. Now, Donna was so professional in how she helped resolve the problem. I sent in the measurements and Donna said I would need an Xtra large. And, I would just have to pay for the shipping. She is an amazing employee that really goes above and beyond to help your customers keep going back to buy your products. You are lucky to have her. Dale Martin

still haven't received product Still no e-mail telling me my package was shipped and still haven't received it but I did get an e-mail to review the service and product before it was fulfilled thanks!
