I had tried the donut, a cone, every ointment/anti-itch concoction and finally he is on the mend. Only downfall was the company was sold out of two different colors and it took a couple weeks to get the "lifesaver" in the mail.

Scam Order took over 3 weeks to ship my order and then, when i emailed them about it, it suddenly said it was shipped and “delivered” in the same day, but my package never came. They’re claiming since i received a delivery email that it must have been stolen and won’t give me a refund or a new product.

Great Experience I ordered a 4XL TheDogFace Dog Raincoat & Windbreaker - Snowfield for my 80lb 13 mos old Golden and it came in about 2 weeks. I ordered the 4XL based on the size chart. The jacket fits but it is snug. When he runs the velcro tends to come undone. I contacted the company about an exchange and they were very helpful in getting me the appropriate size. I went with their largest size in 5XL at a very low extra cost and I was able to keep my original order. I will be using it as a gift for a friend! Thanks!

I ordered on April 5 and as of today I ordered on April 5 and as of today, April 30, I have not received my item. The website just says shipped and includes no tracking number. I have made multiple attempts to contact this company for the past week with no response. Total scam. Update: Love the response below about contacting the support team. That email address doesn’t work and I get a return to sender response. Finally got a response after a week of waiting from the original email address and they told me to either check with my neighbors or contact USPS (useless) and see what they say or pay shipping for another item. Refused to refund my $40 purchase. Won’t be ordering again!

Very Disappointed Package took 2 weeks to get here and they jackets aren’t true to size. Ordered a Small & a Large and they pretty much look the same size. Very disappointed will never order from here again.
