Opinion changed I initially was unhappy with this company due to very prolonged shipping times and unhelpful email correspondence. However, in the end they did ship me a great product and refunded me to keep me happy which I have asked them to reverse as I should be charged now that the product arrived. Be patient with this company’s timing. In the end, it will be worth it.

Disgusting and incompetent fools that… Disgusting and incompetent fools that completely screwed up the order with the wrong size and then wanted me to pay $$$ to return and threatened to close the order if I did not give them a tracking number in 5 days. They take no responsibility for their mistake. RUN AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY ! CANNOT BE TRUSTED !

The best recovery collar on the market! We purchased the recovery collar for our post surgical dog. It’s by far the best out there! We have tried the rigid cone collars and they are uncomfortable and pull on our dog’s neck when he lays down. You also have to take them on and off several times a day for eating and drinking. The inflatable collars only prevent them from getting at certain parts of their body but not all. This collar addresses everything that didn’t work in the previous collars and it’s something every pet owner should have!

Donna is an amazing woman that went way beyond to please your customers. Hi, I had ordered a dogface jacket for a gift and it was too small. I dealt with a wonderful employee who was very helpful. She went above and beyond to help us. She sent another one at a very reasonable price and shipping. Now after receiving the 2nd one, a medium red, it also was to small. Now, Donna was so professional in how she helped resolve the problem. I sent in the measurements and Donna said I would need an Xtra large. And, I would just have to pay for the shipping. She is an amazing employee that really goes above and beyond to help your customers keep going back to buy your products. You are lucky to have her. Dale Martin

The funny looking disc has done the… The funny looking disc has done the trick as far as stopping my "chewer" from getting to his forearm. I had tried the donut, a cone, every ointment/anti-itch concoction and finally he is on the mend. Only downfall was the company was sold out of two different colors and it took a couple weeks to get the "lifesaver" in the mail.
