GBGot my refund I sent DM to Bleusalt and Lyndie Benson replied and processed my return directly. As I wrote before, I highly recommend you read the refund policy before placing your order and if you have a problem, then contact them via DM. It seems like that is the fastest way to talk with Bleusalt. Overall, I appreciate their support. The reason that I rated four stars here is I am not satisfied with my previous order. I love their design and fit, but the quality wasn't good enough for my standard. I am not going to write the full details here. You can see all the positive reviews for their brand quality, so it is your call!

GBTotally arrogant company Appauling customer service. Cancelled my order because they had an issue with Apple Pay. Payment left my bank account quick enough so can’t see why. They said it wasn’t their fault and just cancelled the order and issued refund . I’ve Ordered £000 worth of clothing over the years but the have got too big for their boots and lost focus of customer service . Arrogance .!

My only “complaint “ if it is one- is that I dont personally believe that its an equitable offering to give an extra discount for those who use the app For purchases… My mum is in her 80s and would not know how to operate an app & im sure there are others..(download etc) - it shld be the same across the board.
