GBDon’t purchase from this company I contacted customer service regarding 4 bow ties and a tie I purchased for a wedding. The bow ties looked like they were made for a child. I knew they were a final sale/no return, and they would have been perfect if they hadn’t been child size so we can’t use them. Customer support said they would get with a supervisor to discuss this and get back with me. Never heard a word....even if the bottom line was to say they wouldn’t do a thing it would have been nice if someone would have responded! Will not purchase anything from this company again.

GBMust have been a busy Christmas! The ties are great quality and loved by all who received them. There was a bit of a breakdown in communication though. I ordered them in early November, but by December 8-9 had not received them, even though tracking indicated they should have been sent by then. Finally got someone from Ties on the phone and she got the order shipped i time for Christmas.

GBLow quality Low quality. Ties were terribly creased and wrinkled. And for some reason smelled hoorible. Smelled up my entire closet. Smell never went away. Unwearable, poor quality, looked cheap. Huge mistake and waste of money
