I was really excited about it but it didn't last long, it took a week to arrive and I couldn't believe my eyes when I looked at the packaging and saw that the socks with the American flag are Made in China. Unbelievable. Everything they sell is not made in the US. It is time to put America first

Must buy for yourself Even though I had an issue with ordering, Aaron made everything awesome! The ties are great quality and the extra long ties are actually extra long, unlike every other brand. These ties looked amazing and my husband got so many compliments from his coworkers. We will definitely be buying more ties from here!

TERRIBLE customer service The merchandise is of high quality, but they simply refuse to respond to emails. I'm going to see if I can find the contact information for their CEO, Omar Sayyed. I can't believe he'd want his company treating his customers so dismissively.

I returned a tie clip that failed to… I returned a tie clip that failed to work. The company received the return but did not apply a credit to my account. I have attempted to contact Ties.com on several occasions, both by phone and the email contact provided. NO response, and no refund. Customer service does not exist if there is a problem.
