GBPoor customer service The tie I received was damaged. I was unable to print the return label because I don't own a printer, and the woman I spoke to said her manager, Ilana, would not send me a return label through snail mail. I think that's pretty crappy customer service. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 as a courtesy because I've ordered from them in the past without issue.

GBThe tie canopy was supposed to hold the … The tie canopy was supposed to hold the amount of ties that it said it would. When close to its capacity it started bogging down under regular use. I opened it, found out that it needed and tighter rubber band to drive the gears. But if something happens to it this time I will not buy it again.

GBI returned a tie clip that failed to… I returned a tie clip that failed to work. The company received the return but did not apply a credit to my account. I have attempted to contact Ties.com on several occasions, both by phone and the email contact provided. NO response, and no refund. Customer service does not exist if there is a problem.

GBGreat ties, incessant follow-up marketing Great ties with an immense selection to choose from but since my purchase of 3 ties, I have been relentlessly targeted by ads on every available platform pressuring me to buy the same 3 ties again. Pleased with the product, frustrated by the incessant follow-up marketing.

GBI am somewhat of a tie addict I am somewhat of a tie addict! So I spend a lot of time looking through ties at department stores comparing quality and prices. I have only recently begun shopping at Ties.com. I have purchased a large number of ties over the past couple of months and they are all excellent ties of high quality and absolutely amazing prices.
