I returned a tie clip that failed to… I returned a tie clip that failed to work. The company received the return but did not apply a credit to my account. I have attempted to contact Ties.com on several occasions, both by phone and the email contact provided. NO response, and no refund. Customer service does not exist if there is a problem.

What a wonderful experience... What a wonderful experience with the ties.com team- had some last-minute needs for our wedding and Aaron was very accommodating in helping us get everything- and the groomsmen will look great!! Thank you, ties.com!! Phenomenal customer service and fantastic products.

Must have been a busy Christmas! The ties are great quality and loved by all who received them. There was a bit of a breakdown in communication though. I ordered them in early November, but by December 8-9 had not received them, even though tracking indicated they should have been sent by then. Finally got someone from Ties on the phone and she got the order shipped i time for Christmas.

Don’t purchase from this company I contacted customer service regarding 4 bow ties and a tie I purchased for a wedding. The bow ties looked like they were made for a child. I knew they were a final sale/no return, and they would have been perfect if they hadn’t been child size so we can’t use them. Customer support said they would get with a supervisor to discuss this and get back with me. Never heard a word....even if the bottom line was to say they wouldn’t do a thing it would have been nice if someone would have responded! Will not purchase anything from this company again.
