USTERRIBLE customer service The merchandise is of high quality, but they simply refuse to respond to emails. I'm going to see if I can find the contact information for their CEO, Omar Sayyed. I can't believe he'd want his company treating his customers so dismissively.

USMust have been a busy Christmas! The ties are great quality and loved by all who received them. There was a bit of a breakdown in communication though. I ordered them in early November, but by December 8-9 had not received them, even though tracking indicated they should have been sent by then. Finally got someone from Ties on the phone and she got the order shipped i time for Christmas.

USMust buy for yourself Even though I had an issue with ordering, Aaron made everything awesome! The ties are great quality and the extra long ties are actually extra long, unlike every other brand. These ties looked amazing and my husband got so many compliments from his coworkers. We will definitely be buying more ties from here!

USLow quality Low quality. Ties were terribly creased and wrinkled. And for some reason smelled hoorible. Smelled up my entire closet. Smell never went away. Unwearable, poor quality, looked cheap. Huge mistake and waste of money

USPoor customer service The tie I received was damaged. I was unable to print the return label because I don't own a printer, and the woman I spoke to said her manager, Ilana, would not send me a return label through snail mail. I think that's pretty crappy customer service. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 as a courtesy because I've ordered from them in the past without issue.
