The tie canopy was supposed to hold the … The tie canopy was supposed to hold the amount of ties that it said it would. When close to its capacity it started bogging down under regular use. I opened it, found out that it needed and tighter rubber band to drive the gears. But if something happens to it this time I will not buy it again.

Very impressed—Outstanding Ties Very impressed. The two (2) ties I ordered are made well and looks outstanding. I have received many compliments, as they really compliment my suits and shirts well . They are exactly as advertised both color and fabric wise. I really love the material, as it should be easy to maintain and care for. Don’t purchase from this company I contacted customer service regarding 4 bow ties and a tie I purchased for a wedding. The bow ties looked like they were made for a child. I knew they were a final sale/no return, and they would have been perfect if they hadn’t been child size so we can’t use them. Customer support said they would get with a supervisor to discuss this and get back with me. Never heard a word....even if the bottom line was to say they wouldn’t do a thing it would have been nice if someone would have responded! Will not purchase anything from this company again.
