GBThe worst system for ordering online and knowing when package will arrive The shoes are not the problem. The system is a big problem! When placing an order, what I have added to the cart will disappear either right before check out or during check out. I have placed an order unintentionally twice because all of the info just disappeared and I had no way of knowing whether or not the order went through because I did not receive a confirmation. Ended up with the same order twice. The other issue is that once I do receive confirmation and it tells me I will get a shipping email, I never get another email. Just the confirmation email and that is it. I never know when the order ships or when it will arrive. Very frustrating!! Not to mention the multitude of boxes arriving over multiple days for one order.

GBExtremely good service Our experience at the Shoe Station in Montgomery at Eastchase was very positive. We were greeted as soon as we walked in by the cashier, which was nice. My husband was looking for Sketcher slip on shoes, so I stopped a sweet young employee who I believe was named Shaterica. She helped us and was so nice. Very pleasant experience. This is why we shop this store. Thank you for the good service.

GBNeed more customer service employees Need more customer service employees. I did not have anyone to help me locate things that I needed. I had to ask for help to reach shoes from the top shelf after waiting several minutes. I then had to look for help myself for other helpers to bring a step ladder to help.

GBKevin rocks! I recently ordered a total of 6 pairs of shoes from Shoe Station. I was missing an order so I called the store in Columbus, GA which was on all three packages I had received. The manager on duty was named Kevin. He was kin, patient and genuinely concerned about the shipment I was missing. He said he would call back and let me know what he could find out since I had ordered online. To my excitement, he called me back by the end of business. Yes, he found the package and gave me the date it would arrive. More importantly, he honored his word. He has not only earned my continued business but my referrals to all friends and family.

GBThe security guy who behaves like a… The security guy who behaves like a police office at the Foley, AL store does not allow a small service dog riding in a stroller in the store, where as all other Shoe Stations do. However, they leave the isles packed with shoes and ladders, which will cause a customer to trip and fall. Therefore, I no longer shop in the Foley store.
