Need more customer service employees Need more customer service employees. I did not have anyone to help me locate things that I needed. I had to ask for help to reach shoes from the top shelf after waiting several minutes. I then had to look for help myself for other helpers to bring a step ladder to help.

The worst system for ordering online and knowing when package will arrive The shoes are not the problem. The system is a big problem! When placing an order, what I have added to the cart will disappear either right before check out or during check out. I have placed an order unintentionally twice because all of the info just disappeared and I had no way of knowing whether or not the order went through because I did not receive a confirmation. Ended up with the same order twice. The other issue is that once I do receive confirmation and it tells me I will get a shipping email, I never get another email. Just the confirmation email and that is it. I never know when the order ships or when it will arrive. Very frustrating!! Not to mention the multitude of boxes arriving over multiple days for one order.

On three visits this past week for… On three visits this past week for shoes for wife and grandkids I was very impressed by the staff in answering questions plus I asked one of the young men were I could find a particular New Balance shoe he new what I was looking for and took me to it. Great job! All of the nice people work at the Eastern Shore Centre (Malbis, Alabama) making shopping there a pleasure. Shoe Station carries all of the great brands, but I do wish you had more Under Armor ladies’ athletic shoes in stock.

Shoe Station Albany GA… Every time I stop by the Shoe Station in Albany GA, I feel welcomed. I'm never left hanging at the register and there is ALWAYS someone around ready to help me. Lets not forget the deals and all the savings on all types of brands. I look forward to continuing shopping there.
