Suede Lorenzo Purchase I purchased a pair of Lorenzo’s and was blown away by the quality. Worn them religiously for around 9 months - on a motorbike and general wear. I had a few questions in regards to the upkeep of suede and the team were quick to respond with an easy to follow plan to keep them in the best condition, even when on my motorbike. I’m overly satisfied with my purchase and have/would recommend FTF to friends and family.

6th Order, always been brilliant This is about the 6th pair of boots I've bought from From The First and every time the service in getting them has been fantastic. Consistently been a quick turnaround in shipping after ordering, even during busy periods like Black Friday sales. Plus the few times I've needed to get in contact with them it's been easy to get a reply on Instagram, and they've always offered great help with whatever my issues were.

The WORST customer service I've ever experienced I preordered a pair of boots with the expectation that they would ship out within 12 weeks. I reached out to the company after about 8 weeks just to check on the progress and it took ~3 weeks to get a response. they said it would be another 8 weeks. I requested a refund at this time because it started feeling pretty scammy. I received no response at all after that correspondence and I eventually had to do a chargeback through my credit card company. I don't know if they were ever planning on sending me my order if this is literally just a fake company. Buy at your own risk.

Great design and quality on the updated… Great design and quality on the updated Enzo boots, so good that I got two pairs. I did get the Diego boots as well but they were a bit uncomfortable in the toe area and thought I'd ask for an exchange through Instagram since FTF was quite responsive when I first messaged them. I haven't heard back so I figured I'd stick a big shoe tree to stretch em out.(Not knocking them for lack of response, I get things can get busy it's life)Other than that it's been a good experience so far and have gotten many compliments, thanks.
