A great brand to shop from A great brand to shop from if you’re into high-end fashion but can’t justify spending crazy amounts of money on YSL and other brands. Designs of the boots are super accurate, shipping and any enquiries are also done in fast succession. Cannot fault these guys!

Terrible customer service I have never bought anything from this place before, but I have seen some reviews of people liking their stuff so I gave it a try. What a mistake, I placed my order on 24 of November and I have not seen or heard anything other than them taking money from my account and registered that I bought the product. I have tried contacting them multiple times through 3 different email accounts and through Instagram. Complete silence. I would not advice anyone to buy from this brand. I don't think their products are that expensive, but if you never get your products then it indeed is.

Exclusivity Quick shipping speed. Love the new style of the Enzo and quality of the suede. Great feeling walking the streets of NYC with shoes that people gawk at (especially women), good conversation starters as well. A little bit of separation on the inner arches of the shoes, hoping this won't effect long term performance of the shoe. Other than that, wonderful product and trusted brand (4th pair purchased).

Great products, trying founder. Narrow minded fools leaving reviews I think there’s some narrow minded people leaving reviews. I ordered a pair on Black Friday and was advised they were a pre-order. I waited 12 weeks and was told they’d be a little longer and they arrived shortly after. I was emailed by mistake but thankfully they exceeded expectations as I was happy to wait anyway. The boots are incredible. Yes, the company may suffer from slow customer service at times, but this is why we support new start ups. I was also assured by Joshua that they’ve invested in their service and are trying their best to improve.

Non existent customer service Previously purchased two pairs of boots that I was very happy with. Unfortunately, customer service has since fallen off a cliff, seven emails sent, not a single acknowledgement received regarding my third order placed in December. I'm beginning to wonder if they are still trading.
