The WORST customer service I've ever experienced I preordered a pair of boots with the expectation that they would ship out within 12 weeks. I reached out to the company after about 8 weeks just to check on the progress and it took ~3 weeks to get a response. they said it would be another 8 weeks. I requested a refund at this time because it started feeling pretty scammy. I received no response at all after that correspondence and I eventually had to do a chargeback through my credit card company. I don't know if they were ever planning on sending me my order if this is literally just a fake company. Buy at your own risk.

Bad experience after bad experience… Bad experience after bad experience with these guys. Contacted support after receiving a bad quality boot (inside some wrongly placed in). No refunds, then radio silence after explaining, no customer service, terms and conditions you do not have to accept but you still are eligible for them. I do not know where the good reviews come from, first time ordering here I had to wait 24 weeks plus for my boots and they having excuses about lost pallet and being locked out of their socials,… eventually got a refund trough PayPal claims. Then they stated hopefully we can make it up one day. I taught maybe I should give the brand another try. It can happen to all of us. However worst mistake I made. Same old same old.

Exclusivity Quick shipping speed. Love the new style of the Enzo and quality of the suede. Great feeling walking the streets of NYC with shoes that people gawk at (especially women), good conversation starters as well. A little bit of separation on the inner arches of the shoes, hoping this won't effect long term performance of the shoe. Other than that, wonderful product and trusted brand (4th pair purchased).

Great customer experience Great customer experience. Ordered on a Saturday late at night, by Sunday the package had been processed and received my order Tuesday morning. I was really impressed by how swift everything went. Obviously I haven't had the chance to put much wear into the product, but at first glance the quality looks great. One suggestion though: I Would have liked to have had product measurements on the website, as the boot's shaft were much taller than I had expected.
