IDGreat products, trying founder. Narrow minded fools leaving reviews I think there’s some narrow minded people leaving reviews. I ordered a pair on Black Friday and was advised they were a pre-order. I waited 12 weeks and was told they’d be a little longer and they arrived shortly after. I was emailed by mistake but thankfully they exceeded expectations as I was happy to wait anyway. The boots are incredible. Yes, the company may suffer from slow customer service at times, but this is why we support new start ups. I was also assured by Joshua that they’ve invested in their service and are trying their best to improve.

GBTHIEVES. I purchased two pair of boots from this business and I was one of the few who actually received their package. I tried to contact them to exchange. They did not contact me back for months. "Joshua" responded once, then continued to ignore email after email (which seems to be a common trend). I paid for shipping back to GB ($120) and they received the package BUT NEVER REFUNDED MY MONEY. I spent over $1,000 of my hard earned money trying to support these thieves. I have been making sure to tell everyone I know who has similar tastes to avoid purchasing ANYTHING from this site, particularly if you're in the US - you don't have as many protections incase they decide to steal. Don't waste your money.

GBGreat design and quality on the updated… Great design and quality on the updated Enzo boots, so good that I got two pairs. I did get the Diego boots as well but they were a bit uncomfortable in the toe area and thought I'd ask for an exchange through Instagram since FTF was quite responsive when I first messaged them. I haven't heard back so I figured I'd stick a big shoe tree to stretch em out.(Not knocking them for lack of response, I get things can get busy it's life)Other than that it's been a good experience so far and have gotten many compliments, thanks.

BEBad experience after bad experience… Bad experience after bad experience with these guys. Contacted support after receiving a bad quality boot (inside some wrongly placed in). No refunds, then radio silence after explaining, no customer service, terms and conditions you do not have to accept but you still are eligible for them. I do not know where the good reviews come from, first time ordering here I had to wait 24 weeks plus for my boots and they having excuses about lost pallet and being locked out of their socials,… eventually got a refund trough PayPal claims. Then they stated hopefully we can make it up one day. I taught maybe I should give the brand another try. It can happen to all of us. However worst mistake I made. Same old same old.

CABeautiful boots with poor QC and customer support. I bought a pair of the brown enzo boots during the sale. I was excited because they are truly beautiful, but my pair unfortunately came heavily distressed around the shaft of the boots and in one boot the leather itself was thinned around the zip. I reached out for help on friday through IG and they asked for my order number the next morning, I sent it the same day but no response till now and its Tuesday night. Maybe they're still busy from black friday so I'll wait a few more days before trying anything else. If there are any updates then I'll also update this review.
