They said they were going to look into my wrong order issue and then disappeared and haven't heard from them since. One of the best bagpacks I ever had! I have been using this Mark Ryden Voyager Bagpack for almost a month now and I am absolutely in love with it! This bag is definitely one of the most useful bagpacks I have ever owned. The main compartment is spacious allowing me to fit all necessary items. It also features various other pockets for greater organization. It is lightweight yet sturdy, plus it is water resistant! It can be used for casual outings as well as trips and it looks great in any setting. Overall, I highly recommend this bagpack. 5/5 stars!
