I love the product, but.... I love the product. I am unhappy about paying extra for shipping to recieve early, but I received the product even later than regular shipping.

Mark Ryden USA Bad customer service, refund policy and long response… Bad customer service and long response time. Buyers need to pay return shipping to France that will cost as the item. Avoid at all costs. They do not even have phone number and chat is not working.

Very well designed and manufactured Love the design, materials and the craftsmanship! I'm using it on my international trip and so far (10 days) - it rocks! I'll post an update if something changes, but so far so good! :)

Terrible Experience - Do Not Order Here Under Any Circumstances! I placed an order with expedited shipping on November 27th. The website clearly stated that delivery would take 3-6 business days. It has been 17 days, and my order still hasn't arrived. Unfortunately, I had to leave for another country, and they refuse to refund my money. The customer support team takes five days to respond, which is unacceptable. This has been an awful experience. I feel completely deceived and cheated out of my money. Avoid ordering from this place under any circumstances!

Worth the Wait Although it took a somewhat long time to get my bag, I must say it was worth the wait. I got the Rover 17 inch laptop bag. I live in a very rainy area and have to carry a lot of electronics with me to school, but with the excellent waterproofing materials that the bag is made of, all of my electronics are now safe and dry.
