I Never received a confirmation email… I Never received a confirmation email after placing my order. I ordered often years ago and never had this problem. I purchased a pair of cute boots a week ago and I can’t get in touch with customer service to save my life. I’ll just end up disputing the charge. Definitely not the same Gojane. Zero stars zero customer service and zero dollars from me . Toodles lol

Shopping on Gojane I enjoy shopping at Gojane very frequently and have recommended gojane through all my social media pages & to my friends who started shopping there as well. Great products, great promos and fast shipping. Every time I receive a package I post it on my Snapchat and many people start asking about the products and then end up shopping on gojane as well! It’s a great store! Love it.

Item descriptions are inaccurate and… Item descriptions are inaccurate and when you try to request to return, they will not refund shipping charges and pay for return shipping charges when I wouldn't have bought the items if the description were correct. I purchases two pairs of heels described at 3.25inches heel height. Items received and measured at 4inches. I would have not purchased these because I can't wear 4 inches as that height is not comfortable for me to wear all day in an office environment. GoJane customer services did nothing to help. I feel lied to. Will not purchase from here again.

I appreciate them getting back to me … I appreciate them getting back to me regarding a comment that I made thinking it would just get lost in the pile . I love the clothing options and the savings , so getting a little insight from the company about something i wasn't too educated AND being nice about it , on definitely improved my views on them overall. I've been shopping with them for a while and will continue to do so .

Arrived a day earlier than expected Arrived a day earlier than expected, however the one item- jeans- have fake pockets on the front. I have previously purchased the jeans before and were very pleased with the design of the front pockets and purchased the same pair again for that reason. A little bit disappointed.
