I Never received a confirmation email… I Never received a confirmation email after placing my order. I ordered often years ago and never had this problem. I purchased a pair of cute boots a week ago and I can’t get in touch with customer service to save my life. I’ll just end up disputing the charge. Definitely not the same Gojane. Zero stars zero customer service and zero dollars from me . Toodles lol

Don't know why someone said they… Don't know why someone said they started in 2019 because I've shopped with them for over a decade. They don't have the highest quality clothes but the pictures almost always reflect how thin/not thin the materials are.

Rightful Return Requested I love the selection and prices at GoJane. On this recent order, I was ecstatic to receive my purchase, however there was slight damage to my shoe. As for the return process, I’m somewhat taken aback by the process and have not experienced the complication of waiting to hear back from customer service before sending my shoes back. I’ve never had problems with returns from Nordstrom, Macy’s, DSW etc. In addiction, it was hard to reach customer service via phone, but I appreciate the email option.
