Now as a customer, you have to choose between the sale code & the free shipping code. Also, shipping prices have increased significantly.

If this company hadn't blocked me If this company hadn't blocked me, I still wouldn't have given them my ongoing patronage. I used to shop from them for years until I had a negative experience with an item. The problems I incurred with their customer service led to my contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge - and they lied to the company. I had the documentation to prove otherwise. Don't know if it's under the same ownership/management as this occurred several years ago, but I was so turned off, I'd never give them my business again.

I love the clothing options and the savings , so getting a little insight from the company about something i wasn't too educated AND being nice about it , on definitely improved my views on them overall. I've been shopping with them for a while and will continue to do so .

Item descriptions are inaccurate and… Item descriptions are inaccurate and when you try to request to return, they will not refund shipping charges and pay for return shipping charges when I wouldn't have bought the items if the description were correct. I purchases two pairs of heels described at 3.25inches heel height. Items received and measured at 4inches. I would have not purchased these because I can't wear 4 inches as that height is not comfortable for me to wear all day in an office environment. GoJane customer services did nothing to help. I feel lied to. Will not purchase from here again.

Don't know why someone said they… Don't know why someone said they started in 2019 because I've shopped with them for over a decade. They don't have the highest quality clothes but the pictures almost always reflect how thin/not thin the materials are.
