If you ask them a question, then they respond in a very confusing way. They don't fully give you an answer you can actually use. I have waited SO long for my dilevery and still it hasn't arrived. Gojane's customer service doesn't help me find out with Post Office my package is being held at, nor give me any information where I can check it...

Free Shipping Code Cute clothes at affordable prices. Shipping is usually prompt & items appear as seen on website. I hate that they now require you to use a code for free shipping. Now as a customer, you have to choose between the sale code & the free shipping code. Also, shipping prices have increased significantly.

Item descriptions are inaccurate and… Item descriptions are inaccurate and when you try to request to return, they will not refund shipping charges and pay for return shipping charges when I wouldn't have bought the items if the description were correct. I purchases two pairs of heels described at 3.25inches heel height. Items received and measured at 4inches. I would have not purchased these because I can't wear 4 inches as that height is not comfortable for me to wear all day in an office environment. GoJane customer services did nothing to help. I feel lied to. Will not purchase from here again.

Don't know why someone said they… Don't know why someone said they started in 2019 because I've shopped with them for over a decade. They don't have the highest quality clothes but the pictures almost always reflect how thin/not thin the materials are.
