GBI ordered a supposedly inspected return… I ordered a supposedly inspected return clearance wig. What I received was a frizzy mess that smelled awful. I emailed the company. Enrique emailed and told me they didn't even take wigs out of boxes to inspect them. Yet, their website says each wig is given a thorough hand inspection. I then was contacted by another employee, who told me that Enrique was incorrect because they DO inspect the wigs. This wig was given a Grade A. Please use other wig sites. This is a shady business. Edit to add!: Thank you for my refunded amount. I sent the item back to you within two days of your offer to refund me. I sent it by priority mail (at my expense), so I do know you received it back immediately. I opened claims in multiple places because this was a large chunk of change for me, and I was told by Enrique via email that he "was sorry I wasn't happy." I had never dealt with a company this totally unresponsive to a customer complaint. Additionally, I saved the initial email from Enrique telling me you don't inspect the items. Something definitely did not add up. After I filed multiple complaints, I received your call and offer for refund. While I appreciate the refunded amount, it shouldn't have been this difficult to get something handled correctly in the first place. I know nothing else about your company, nor do I believe reputable companies would need someone to "sabotage" their competition. Instead, they value their customers and discuss options when things go wrong. I do thank you for allowing me to return the item for a full refund.

GBNot five star anymore!! Although I had written five star reviews in the past I now have to give one star to this company. I had returned a wig that I wore for five seconds and knew I didn’t not want it but have been banned from the company for it. They claim it was worn and returned in poor condition. The video of the return inspection added some B.S. about the curl pattern being altered. I made a formal complaint on social media and apparently they ban anyone who returns a wig. It’s a shame because they would have made a lot of money from me but if a small business like Cyster wigs wants to make their pool of clientele smaller then that is their choice. I found another company that does not run their business the same way and I think it’s a better fit.

GBVery Unprofessional in every way I am shocked by how unprofessional the owner is. The whole company is this way. They change policies after you have already ordered under the old policy, the owner, Heather, posts such silly and unprofessional reviews where she laughs like a hyena, and most of all, she complains about her customers in the most unprofessional way. If you can't handle business, you should not be in business. She's just plain childish. And please, stop posting those embarrassing videos related to your weight problems. If you want to be a CEO of a hair company, have someone else do the reviews who know how to act professional in their reviews. Learn how to be a professional!

GBI have always received great service… I have always received great service from Cyster Wigs. I feel the quality is good and the return policy is simple. I have generally received my order within 7 days. They have responded to my emails in a timely manner. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because they are frequently out of blond colors or they are on back order. This might not be their fault, maybe the manufacturer doesn't make enough..I don't know how that works. If they wig or color is out of stock they let you know and you can wait for a shipment, get a refund or pick something else.

GBDon't like the return policy I had to make a purchase because I had a credit from a previous purchase. I don't like to shop at places that offer only credit and charge a high return fee but I obviously wasn't paying attention and was stuck. That being said, the customer service is quick and friendly. The variety of inventory is quite good. I won't be a return customer only because of the return policy.
