I had to do a little customization, which I do with most of my wigs, trimmed and thinned out bangs and cut about 1 inch off the length. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the top seems to have a pointy cap that unless you had a pointy head you could never fill it in so the tip is empty. Also, wishes the color I ordered, Sugar Brûlée, had a little more blond highlights.

Pricing is also very competitive & there are always weekly or monthly sales. I even took a leap of faith & purchased a closeout wig & was very happy that I did.

Not five star anymore!! Although I had written five star reviews in the past I now have to give one star to this company. I had returned a wig that I wore for five seconds and knew I didn’t not want it but have been banned from the company for it. They claim it was worn and returned in poor condition. The video of the return inspection added some B.S. about the curl pattern being altered. I made a formal complaint on social media and apparently they ban anyone who returns a wig. It’s a shame because they would have made a lot of money from me but if a small business like Cyster wigs wants to make their pool of clientele smaller then that is their choice. I found another company that does not run their business the same way and I think it’s a better fit.

No one does it better I have been buying products from CysterWigs for about three years now and have had a great experience just about every time. No one beats their prices and the staff are friendly and immediately responsive. Heather's reviews, and those of the others who review for her site, are exceptional. She explains each wig thoroughly and has a separate channel where she explains every single color the wigs come in. These reviews include the strengths and weaknesses of each style so we can judge for ourselves before investing in them. With few exceptions, I buy all my accessory hair from CysterWigs and am never sorry.

THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER EMAILS OR CALLS AFTER I PAID FOR 7 WIGS!!!!! NO ONE HAS CALLED ME FROM CYSTERWIGS STILL OR REPLIED TO MY EMAILS. IF I DONT HEAR FROM SOMEONE SOON I’M CALLING THE STATES ATTORNEY OFFICE IN GEORGIA TO REPORT THAT CYSTERWIGS TOOK PAYMENT FOR 7 WIGS FROM ME BUT HAS NOT DELIVERED THEM OR ALTERNATIVELY REFUNDED MY MONEY, WONT ANSWER THE PHONE OR RETURN MY CALLS AND WONT REPLY TO MY EMAILS. Ill ALSO FILE A REPORT WITH THE BBB,. ILL BE REPORTING FRAUD TO MY CRÉDIT CARD COMPANY AND TO PAYPAL TOO IF I DONT GET A RESPONSE. I EMAILED ASKING FOR A STATUS ON THE 7 WIGS I I ORDERED AND HAVE BEEN IGNORED. EITHER DELIVER THEM OR REFUND MY MONEY. THIS SMACKS OF FRAUD BECAUSE YOU REFUSE TO TELL ME THE STATUS OF MY 7 WIG PURCHASES OR RESPOND BACK TO ME.
