Dishonest I ordered a wig Sept. 22nd. It arrived the 28th but the color was too light and the cap came to a point at the crown. It was returned appropriately, by UPS on Oct. 6th to the address provided. The website showed it as returned and that a refund was due, but I never received it. When I tried to contact customer service, I got voicemail and no call back. After that, the phone was never answered. I emailed and got a reply from Nigel, affirming the delivery pic was of their doorstep. He assured me he was processing my refund immediately. That was Nov. 7th and, despite multiple requests, I still don't have my refund, and I believe that is by intent. We all want a more natural looking, affordable wig, but I advise that you keep looking elsewhere. That is, unless you like losing your money.

The quality of their wigs is excellent The quality of their wigs is excellent, although the one that I chose didn't suit me, and I had to return it. Wig cost is also good. I was at first disappointed there isn't a live person that I could speak to. I kept emailing them and kept getting automated responses. Finally, someone send me the return label via email attachment. Now, I'm just waiting for my refund. I might order from them again.

Cysterwig has a lot of pluses Cysterwig has a lot of pluses. Their customer service is great and the prices (with frequent sales) are good. Shipping is efficient. My only complaint is their policy of penalizing customers for having to do a return, Charging a $29.46 penalty for a return seems excessive. If a local shop charged nearly $30 for trying on a wig, I would never buy from them. I will not say that I'll not buy from CysterWigs again, but only if it is a second wig in a style and color that I am sure will work for me.

Avery wig by TressAllure Avery wig by TressAllure, turned out to be a very nice wig. I had to do a little customization, which I do with most of my wigs, trimmed and thinned out bangs and cut about 1 inch off the length. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the top seems to have a pointy cap that unless you had a pointy head you could never fill it in so the tip is empty. Also, wishes the color I ordered, Sugar Brûlée, had a little more blond highlights.

A new me I've had my eye on the Raquel Flirt Alert wig for awhile now. After watching Heather's video and reading reviews I ordered it when it went on sale. I couldn't be happier. The color (shaded cappuccino), style, fit and workmanship is awesome. I've already received numerous compliments on my new hairstyle. Now I know I can order with confidence from CysterWigs as my first experience was stellar!
