GBI have always received great service… I have always received great service from Cyster Wigs. I feel the quality is good and the return policy is simple. I have generally received my order within 7 days. They have responded to my emails in a timely manner. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because they are frequently out of blond colors or they are on back order. This might not be their fault, maybe the manufacturer doesn't make enough..I don't know how that works. If they wig or color is out of stock they let you know and you can wait for a shipment, get a refund or pick something else.

GBTHEY REFUSE TO ANSWER EMAILS OR CALLS AFTER I PAID FOR 7 WIGS!!!!! NO ONE HAS CALLED ME FROM CYSTERWIGS STILL OR REPLIED TO MY EMAILS. IF I DONT HEAR FROM SOMEONE SOON I’M CALLING THE STATES ATTORNEY OFFICE IN GEORGIA TO REPORT THAT CYSTERWIGS TOOK PAYMENT FOR 7 WIGS FROM ME BUT HAS NOT DELIVERED THEM OR ALTERNATIVELY REFUNDED MY MONEY, WONT ANSWER THE PHONE OR RETURN MY CALLS AND WONT REPLY TO MY EMAILS. Ill ALSO FILE A REPORT WITH THE BBB,. ILL BE REPORTING FRAUD TO MY CRÉDIT CARD COMPANY AND TO PAYPAL TOO IF I DONT GET A RESPONSE. I EMAILED ASKING FOR A STATUS ON THE 7 WIGS I I ORDERED AND HAVE BEEN IGNORED. EITHER DELIVER THEM OR REFUND MY MONEY. THIS SMACKS OF FRAUD BECAUSE YOU REFUSE TO TELL ME THE STATUS OF MY 7 WIG PURCHASES OR RESPOND BACK TO ME.

CAGreat experience!! I really enjoyed purchasing my wig from Cysterwigs.com! It was my first time ordering a wig online and all their YouTube videos and FAQ section of the website made ordering a breeze. The shipping was a bit slow, but that may be due to a large volume of orders as I ordered during a big sale. My wig arrived as described and in great condition. I have received so many compliments on it, all of my oncology nurses were raving about it when I went in for treatment! I highly recommend Cyster Wigs to anyone who needs a wig!

GBVery Unprofessional in every way I am shocked by how unprofessional the owner is. The whole company is this way. They change policies after you have already ordered under the old policy, the owner, Heather, posts such silly and unprofessional reviews where she laughs like a hyena, and most of all, she complains about her customers in the most unprofessional way. If you can't handle business, you should not be in business. She's just plain childish. And please, stop posting those embarrassing videos related to your weight problems. If you want to be a CEO of a hair company, have someone else do the reviews who know how to act professional in their reviews. Learn how to be a professional!

Rest assured that you will have no problems buying or returning if for some reason you’re not happy. Everyone I’ve ever dealt with for any reason has always been friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable.
