I had to do a little customization, which I do with most of my wigs, trimmed and thinned out bangs and cut about 1 inch off the length. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the top seems to have a pointy cap that unless you had a pointy head you could never fill it in so the tip is empty. Also, wishes the color I ordered, Sugar Brûlée, had a little more blond highlights.

Great experience!! I really enjoyed purchasing my wig from Cysterwigs.com! It was my first time ordering a wig online and all their YouTube videos and FAQ section of the website made ordering a breeze. The shipping was a bit slow, but that may be due to a large volume of orders as I ordered during a big sale. My wig arrived as described and in great condition. I have received so many compliments on it, all of my oncology nurses were raving about it when I went in for treatment! I highly recommend Cyster Wigs to anyone who needs a wig!

Dishonest I ordered a wig Sept. 22nd. It arrived the 28th but the color was too light and the cap came to a point at the crown. It was returned appropriately, by UPS on Oct. 6th to the address provided. The website showed it as returned and that a refund was due, but I never received it. When I tried to contact customer service, I got voicemail and no call back. After that, the phone was never answered. I emailed and got a reply from Nigel, affirming the delivery pic was of their doorstep. He assured me he was processing my refund immediately. That was Nov. 7th and, despite multiple requests, I still don't have my refund, and I believe that is by intent. We all want a more natural looking, affordable wig, but I advise that you keep looking elsewhere. That is, unless you like losing your money.

Don't like the return policy I had to make a purchase because I had a credit from a previous purchase. I don't like to shop at places that offer only credit and charge a high return fee but I obviously wasn't paying attention and was stuck. That being said, the customer service is quick and friendly. The variety of inventory is quite good. I won't be a return customer only because of the return policy.

Not five star anymore!! Although I had written five star reviews in the past I now have to give one star to this company. I had returned a wig that I wore for five seconds and knew I didn’t not want it but have been banned from the company for it. They claim it was worn and returned in poor condition. The video of the return inspection added some B.S. about the curl pattern being altered. I made a formal complaint on social media and apparently they ban anyone who returns a wig. It’s a shame because they would have made a lot of money from me but if a small business like Cyster wigs wants to make their pool of clientele smaller then that is their choice. I found another company that does not run their business the same way and I think it’s a better fit.
