GBVery Unprofessional in every way I am shocked by how unprofessional the owner is. The whole company is this way. They change policies after you have already ordered under the old policy, the owner, Heather, posts such silly and unprofessional reviews where she laughs like a hyena, and most of all, she complains about her customers in the most unprofessional way. If you can't handle business, you should not be in business. She's just plain childish. And please, stop posting those embarrassing videos related to your weight problems. If you want to be a CEO of a hair company, have someone else do the reviews who know how to act professional in their reviews. Learn how to be a professional!

GBThe quality of their wigs is excellent The quality of their wigs is excellent, although the one that I chose didn't suit me, and I had to return it. Wig cost is also good. I was at first disappointed there isn't a live person that I could speak to. I kept emailing them and kept getting automated responses. Finally, someone send me the return label via email attachment. Now, I'm just waiting for my refund. I might order from them again.

GBHeather is problematical Heather is continually claiming to be a victim.She doesn’t want to return your money if you return a wig. She has 3 better business complaints against her, all for refusing to honor her return policy. Heather will claim to change her policies AFTER you made a purchase during a prior policy. She makes horrible rambling videos disparaging her customers, former employees , competing wig companies and wig manufacturers. Heather is paranoid claiming everyone is plotting against her, and stealing her “wig secrets”. She sent me this email let me know she wanted her customers to follow return timelines as per policy but she will not- ( once again looking to screw people over if they make a return) Heather is a disturbed woman (check out her rambling videos one of the worst is one where she rakes over a former employee for quitting titled -something about finally speaking out about Taz. (extremely disturbing, documenting Heather’s narcissistic behavior towards others) I have only email and online experience with Heather. I can provide emails, BBB reports and YouTube videos supporting my statements to be factual.

GBEasy to navigate the website & love the videos Easy to navigate the website & love that there are a lot of videos about color, style & fit. Heather does an excellent job of being in the forefront of wig knowledge & passes that on to the consumer. Returns are easy & I have recommended Cysterwigs as my first choice in wig shopping. Pricing is also very competitive & there are always weekly or monthly sales. I even took a leap of faith & purchased a closeout wig & was very happy that I did.

GBThey have really excellent customer… They have really excellent customer service and there are always sales going on. They ship and refund promptly but I am disappointed in the high restocking fees. I am new to wigs, uncomfortable and trying so hard to find the right one. I feel bad about returning them because of the inconvenience, but I feel like hell when I lose $20-30 to just try a wig on. -- I live in small town Michigan. The nearest wig shop is an hour away and they have more fashion wigs, not the nicer brands. I want something that will last a while. I will probably end up buying online again when I can afford to because I still need one. Thanks for the reply.
