Don’t Sleep On Calpak I’ve had nothing but great experiences shopping at Calpak and will always be a fan. When I have questions about their products, the customer support team has always come through. Even with their social media team, they give great recommendations during their IG lives and actually show how product can be used. For me, that’s what got me to order their Luka Belt Bag. It’s now become my favorite product of theirs and I own it in a few colors. Super great quality across the board and holds up over time. Other staples of mine are the Water Bottle Holder, Luka Tote, and the Luka Duffel bag for travel. Cannot recommend these products enough.

These bags are so unbelievably useful… These bags are so unbelievably useful and great for the unorganized person on the go. The pockets, zippers and compartments force you to be methodical about your items. I have gifted a belt bag or water bottle holder, etc. to everyone I know and they feel the same way. Calpak products are truly top notch and their customer service is the same!

I recently received a present from… I recently received a present from friends for Christmas. It was a duplicate of something I already have. Cal pack to refund it stating, “it was out of the time frame.” This was purchased around Black Friday. Purchases made around this time are usually for gifts. This practice is atrocious. This the second item they have refused to refund/exchange. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I love my belt bag so much I got it in… I love my belt bag so much I got it in multiple colors! It is the perfect size, very durable, and stylish - I always get compliments! I bring my belt bag with me everywhere - out, beach, traveling, etc.

Bad Return Policy & CS. 15" backpack too small! Purchased the 15" laptop bag and it does NOT hold very much at all. After the laptop, a cord and small adding machine, I could not fit much else at all. (Not water bottle, phone, glasses and a couple snacks - everything I need for a day at work.) It's attractive, but too stiff & thin. Yet, they would NOT let me exchange for a larger product! Since it took over a week to arrive, I did not get the bag in time for my back-to-back spring break trips. (Was so eager to use it, but would've noticed then that it wouldn't work.) By the time I pulled it out to pack it for work, I was outside the exchange window. I haven't used it and, in fact, the plastic wrap is so difficult to get off that it is still wrapped around the zipper pulls. Also will note that I thought it would be white/cream, but it was actually a light brown-ish in color. Still pretty & neutral, but not what I was expecting. UPDATE: After further emailing and review, the company agreed to make an exception with my return. Very smart. I coul ddo a lot more shopping here. Will consider trying the 17" bag.
