GBI left a email to the warranty… I left a email to the warranty department regarding stitching coming apart on my Kaya backpack which I bought less than year ago and still have not heard back. It’s been more than 5 business days since (August 1 the warranty inquiry was submitted). I would expect better customer service as these products are not considered cheap. Claudia

GBI love CALPAK I love CALPAK. I have so many of their items and keep coming back. I even have multiples of the same items in different colors. Quality and customer service are amazing. I am constantly stopped in airports and asked where my luggage is from and I tell everyone and can name each item!

DON'T PURHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE IF YOU HAVE ANY KIND OF ISSUES THEY MAKE IT VERY DIFFICULT FOR YOU TO GET A HOLD OF THEM. THERE SCAM RETURN POLICY IS ALSO A JOKE. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU SHIPPING FOR A RETURN AND GIVE YOU A STORE CREDIT INSTEAD OF A COMPLETE REFUND! THIS SO CALLED COMPANY NEEDS TO BE EXPOSED SO NOBODY ELSE FALLS VICTIM TO THERE SCAMS! QUALITY OF THERE PRODUCTS ARE GARBAGE!

GBDon’t Sleep On Calpak I’ve had nothing but great experiences shopping at Calpak and will always be a fan. When I have questions about their products, the customer support team has always come through. Even with their social media team, they give great recommendations during their IG lives and actually show how product can be used. For me, that’s what got me to order their Luka Belt Bag. It’s now become my favorite product of theirs and I own it in a few colors. Super great quality across the board and holds up over time. Other staples of mine are the Water Bottle Holder, Luka Tote, and the Luka Duffel bag for travel. Cannot recommend these products enough.

GBDON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Terrible quality and even more terrible customer service. I bought my mom a backpack for christmas 2023. She uses from this bag from home to work and back using only a laptop and cords. She doesn't even travel with it or take it anywhere. After a few months, the bag strap torn in March. I reached out and they offered to send me a new one because I was still under warranty. We did the swap and a month later it broke again in the same spot. I emailed them again and asked for my money back that I didn't want to keep going back and forth with them given the poor quality of the bag. They told me there was nothing they could do besides send me something for equal or lesser value as I was past the 30 day return window from purchase. I tried to dispute with my credit card, but was also past that timeframe. Don't waste your money!
