USTERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I used to love Calpak products but after my most recent purchase, I am NEVER buying from them again! I ordered 3 things from them and the package arrived opened, had 1 missing item, and 1 damaged item. The 17-inch Luka laptop backpack had marks on it so I requested a replacement only to be told AFTER I had already mailed back the backpack that the item was out of stock. Yet, the website is still showing the item as available. Customer service has been NO HELP AT ALL. They did not offer any credit back nor have they resolved the issue and it's been nearly 3 weeks. I have been a loyal customer but I am highly disappointed with how they handled this matter.

USI recently received a present from… I recently received a present from friends for Christmas. It was a duplicate of something I already have. Cal pack to refund it stating, “it was out of the time frame.” This was purchased around Black Friday. Purchases made around this time are usually for gifts. This practice is atrocious. This the second item they have refused to refund/exchange. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

GBThe luggage is cheap quality The luggage is cheap quality, damages easily & certainly can't handle long haul trips. My large hard sided suitcase didn't even handle its first long haul trip, with 2 corners collapsed & cracked. I've had to cover the cracks with heavy duty masking tape. I haven't bothered trying to get a refund or replacement - it's clear their company is utter crap & they sell awfully made products. Also note that the zippers are flimsy & that baggage handlers are able to place a pocket knife in the zipper blades to open the bag without detection, then when the knife is removed the blades snap back into each other so you are none the wiser!!

USCalpak DOES NOT respond to when you… Calpak DOES NOT respond to when you complete and submit a request via their website. They have no phone number on their site. I requested to purchase wheels for luggage I brought, which the airlines broke. Doesn't matter how the luggage was broken, I just need replacement wheels. Next time I will purchase luggage from a company with a better customer service response. Also, they discontinue their luggage extremely fast.

USI left a email to the warranty… I left a email to the warranty department regarding stitching coming apart on my Kaya backpack which I bought less than year ago and still have not heard back. It’s been more than 5 business days since (August 1 the warranty inquiry was submitted). I would expect better customer service as these products are not considered cheap. Claudia
