TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I used to love Calpak products but after my most recent purchase, I am NEVER buying from them again! I ordered 3 things from them and the package arrived opened, had 1 missing item, and 1 damaged item. The 17-inch Luka laptop backpack had marks on it so I requested a replacement only to be told AFTER I had already mailed back the backpack that the item was out of stock. Yet, the website is still showing the item as available. Customer service has been NO HELP AT ALL. They did not offer any credit back nor have they resolved the issue and it's been nearly 3 weeks. I have been a loyal customer but I am highly disappointed with how they handled this matter.

Bad Return Policy & CS. 15" backpack too small! Purchased the 15" laptop bag and it does NOT hold very much at all. After the laptop, a cord and small adding machine, I could not fit much else at all. (Not water bottle, phone, glasses and a couple snacks - everything I need for a day at work.) It's attractive, but too stiff & thin. Yet, they would NOT let me exchange for a larger product! Since it took over a week to arrive, I did not get the bag in time for my back-to-back spring break trips. (Was so eager to use it, but would've noticed then that it wouldn't work.) By the time I pulled it out to pack it for work, I was outside the exchange window. I haven't used it and, in fact, the plastic wrap is so difficult to get off that it is still wrapped around the zipper pulls. Also will note that I thought it would be white/cream, but it was actually a light brown-ish in color. Still pretty & neutral, but not what I was expecting. UPDATE: After further emailing and review, the company agreed to make an exception with my return. Very smart. I coul ddo a lot more shopping here. Will consider trying the 17" bag.

Calpak All The Way Calpack makes snazzy, sturdy products that I use constantly whether around town or abroad. They’re comfortable, have tons of storage, and look the part. Will be back for more packs and accessories 🤙🏻

Calpak DOES NOT respond to when you… Calpak DOES NOT respond to when you complete and submit a request via their website. They have no phone number on their site. I requested to purchase wheels for luggage I brought, which the airlines broke. Doesn't matter how the luggage was broken, I just need replacement wheels. Next time I will purchase luggage from a company with a better customer service response. Also, they discontinue their luggage extremely fast.

I left a email to the warranty… I left a email to the warranty department regarding stitching coming apart on my Kaya backpack which I bought less than year ago and still have not heard back. It’s been more than 5 business days since (August 1 the warranty inquiry was submitted). I would expect better customer service as these products are not considered cheap. Claudia
