Bad Return Policy & CS. 15" backpack too small! Purchased the 15" laptop bag and it does NOT hold very much at all. After the laptop, a cord and small adding machine, I could not fit much else at all. (Not water bottle, phone, glasses and a couple snacks - everything I need for a day at work.) It's attractive, but too stiff & thin. Yet, they would NOT let me exchange for a larger product! Since it took over a week to arrive, I did not get the bag in time for my back-to-back spring break trips. (Was so eager to use it, but would've noticed then that it wouldn't work.) By the time I pulled it out to pack it for work, I was outside the exchange window. I haven't used it and, in fact, the plastic wrap is so difficult to get off that it is still wrapped around the zipper pulls. Also will note that I thought it would be white/cream, but it was actually a light brown-ish in color. Still pretty & neutral, but not what I was expecting. UPDATE: After further emailing and review, the company agreed to make an exception with my return. Very smart. I coul ddo a lot more shopping here. Will consider trying the 17" bag.

I left a email to the warranty… I left a email to the warranty department regarding stitching coming apart on my Kaya backpack which I bought less than year ago and still have not heard back. It’s been more than 5 business days since (August 1 the warranty inquiry was submitted). I would expect better customer service as these products are not considered cheap. Claudia

I love CALPAK I love CALPAK. I have so many of their items and keep coming back. I even have multiples of the same items in different colors. Quality and customer service are amazing. I am constantly stopped in airports and asked where my luggage is from and I tell everyone and can name each item!

Favorite Company for bags & luggage! Calpak is the BEST. They just get what the modern consumer wants. They have simple, functional designs - in the cutest colors and fabrics. I have multiple Luka Belt Bags in different colors, to match different outfits. I also love their duffel bags, cosmetics cases, and even their passport holders! I’ve never had a bad experience & I’ve personally purchased over and over. Customer Service is prompt, kind and helpful with any question/issue. Trust me when I say, you won’t regret buying from this company.
