I bought the Luka Duffel in February… I bought the Luka Duffel in February and while it is very nice looking the quality DOES NOT match the price. After 2 flights and putting the bag under the airplane seat it shows wear on the bottom edges. I contacted Calpak and was told this is considered normal wear and tear and not covered under warranty. I have not even had the bag 2 months!!! DO NOT BUY FROM CALPAK! Spend your money elsewhere on a brand that backs their product!

Bought their packing cubes for a… Bought their packing cubes for a backpacking trip. Loved the design and made packing very convenient, website was easy to use, and prices were a little high but fair for the quality. Will definitely be using cal pak in the future

I left a email to the warranty… I left a email to the warranty department regarding stitching coming apart on my Kaya backpack which I bought less than year ago and still have not heard back. It’s been more than 5 business days since (August 1 the warranty inquiry was submitted). I would expect better customer service as these products are not considered cheap. Claudia
