The luggage is cheap quality The luggage is cheap quality, damages easily & certainly can't handle long haul trips. My large hard sided suitcase didn't even handle its first long haul trip, with 2 corners collapsed & cracked. I've had to cover the cracks with heavy duty masking tape. I haven't bothered trying to get a refund or replacement - it's clear their company is utter crap & they sell awfully made products. Also note that the zippers are flimsy & that baggage handlers are able to place a pocket knife in the zipper blades to open the bag without detection, then when the knife is removed the blades snap back into each other so you are none the wiser!!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I used to love Calpak products but after my most recent purchase, I am NEVER buying from them again! I ordered 3 things from them and the package arrived opened, had 1 missing item, and 1 damaged item. The 17-inch Luka laptop backpack had marks on it so I requested a replacement only to be told AFTER I had already mailed back the backpack that the item was out of stock. Yet, the website is still showing the item as available. Customer service has been NO HELP AT ALL. They did not offer any credit back nor have they resolved the issue and it's been nearly 3 weeks. I have been a loyal customer but I am highly disappointed with how they handled this matter.

Luka Duffel from Calpak - 5 ⭐️ If you don’t have the Luka duffel I highly recommend you consider it for your travel needs. The Luka duffel by far is the perfect bag for travel. Whether it be used for a weekender bag or a carry on, you can’t go wrong. This could even be a gym bag. Possibilities are endless with calpak Luka! So many colors to choose from and multiple pockets for whatever your needs may be. I also love the wipeable exterior.

THERE SCAM RETURN POLICY IS ALSO A JOKE. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU SHIPPING FOR A RETURN AND GIVE YOU A STORE CREDIT INSTEAD OF A COMPLETE REFUND! THIS SO CALLED COMPANY NEEDS TO BE EXPOSED SO NOBODY ELSE FALLS VICTIM TO THERE SCAMS! QUALITY OF THERE PRODUCTS ARE GARBAGE!

I love CALPAK I love CALPAK. I have so many of their items and keep coming back. I even have multiples of the same items in different colors. Quality and customer service are amazing. I am constantly stopped in airports and asked where my luggage is from and I tell everyone and can name each item!
