GBOrdered a 3X, not a medium! Ordered through Amazon. Ordered a long sleeve 3x shirt. Received a short sleeve medium! Since it was for a costume in a few days, I asked that they correct their mistake quickly by sending the shirt as soon as I initiated the return rather than waiting til they receive it, process it, and get around to sending a replacement. They refused to help in any way - just essentially told me sorry, too bad, so sad.

GBRating = 0 They are only receiving a 1 because I can not select 0. They shipped an order to the wrong address and tried to blame PayPal. No other shipments using PayPal has shipped to the wrong address in the last eight months. Five months ago this company shipped to the right address, but could not ship to the correct address last week. Customer service is horrible. They refused to make any kind of Resolution to my issue. I will never do business with his company again.

GBNo refund of £100 order that I did not… No refund of £100 order that I did not receive Placed an order worth over £100 on the 1st of September and did not receive it. I messaged business account and sent them a picture of my bank statements which clearly showed the money has been sent to her however she denied receiving payment even though my bank has told me she has received it. Customer service is very bad. Owner of the business is rude and condescending. Would not order from again owner of the business is a thief

GBIt was a good experience dealing with… It was a good experience dealing with Clothing Online. Communication was alittle slow, but it is holiday season and alot of people ordering online. I needed to return, which was no problem. It took alittle while for my refund, but I received it no problem. Yes, I would shop again.
