Apparently ship 24/48hours after order… Apparently ship 24/48hours after order but still nothing, reading other reviews this is clearly a scam as they have failed to respond or update me. Will have to go through bank to refund

I was shipped someone else’s order… I was shipped someone else’s order entirely, UPS updated the tracking immediately as delivered, however I keep getting them same generic automated response from them saying the carrier hasn’t updated the status yet and they’d have to wait 14 days to re-ship my correct order. Unacceptable. After this experience I realized this was my second attempt from this company to purchase this one item. The first time was on Amazon which was never even shipped!

Each time I have placed an order the package went out the same day and I have received my purchases within a week, even with the country's shipping delays. Rating = 0 They are only receiving a 1 because I can not select 0. They shipped an order to the wrong address and tried to blame PayPal. No other shipments using PayPal has shipped to the wrong address in the last eight months. Five months ago this company shipped to the right address, but could not ship to the correct address last week. Customer service is horrible. They refused to make any kind of Resolution to my issue. I will never do business with his company again.
