I was shipped someone else’s order… I was shipped someone else’s order entirely, UPS updated the tracking immediately as delivered, however I keep getting them same generic automated response from them saying the carrier hasn’t updated the status yet and they’d have to wait 14 days to re-ship my correct order. Unacceptable. After this experience I realized this was my second attempt from this company to purchase this one item. The first time was on Amazon which was never even shipped!

Ordered a 3X, not a medium! Ordered through Amazon. Ordered a long sleeve 3x shirt. Received a short sleeve medium! Since it was for a costume in a few days, I asked that they correct their mistake quickly by sending the shirt as soon as I initiated the return rather than waiting til they receive it, process it, and get around to sending a replacement. They refused to help in any way - just essentially told me sorry, too bad, so sad.

Only one way to find out! In searching for a particular style of shirt online, I came across Clothing Shop Online's ad for it, and it was on sale. I have never used this company before, so I take a peek at the reviews, so I could decide whether it was worth it. There were mixed reviews, which I'm sure most reviews have good/bad reviews. So I decided to pull the trigger, because the price point was significantly below what it was selling for elsewhere. I received notice of my order immediately after, got a shipment notice not too long after, and received it within 4-5 days! I will be returning to make more purchases of this particular shirt, because its such a great deal! I recommend it.
