GBOrdered a 3X, not a medium! Ordered through Amazon. Ordered a long sleeve 3x shirt. Received a short sleeve medium! Since it was for a costume in a few days, I asked that they correct their mistake quickly by sending the shirt as soon as I initiated the return rather than waiting til they receive it, process it, and get around to sending a replacement. They refused to help in any way - just essentially told me sorry, too bad, so sad.

GBDo not buy from zapaka.co.uk, if you need to exchange I couldn't even rate it 1 star. I needed to return a dress that didn't fit to Zapaka. They have made my life a misery. Firstly, they want photos of your return, then the courier tracking number. Then a month later, after the courier has tried on several times to deliver, they couldn't. No one answers the telephone number that Zapaka gave the courier company to try and contact them. They have fobbed me off on numerous emails and no refund given. Trying to send it back, costs more money than the dress. So if you want to return something, this is not the Company for you to buy off as it has to go back to China.

GBMeasurements Not Accurate… I ordered several items from the Clothing Store Online and first, none of the items have tags on them so if they’re gifts you may want to know that. Second, hoodies were stated to be 30 inches long on the body yet were only 27 inches. Third, the hoodies were supposed to be “Heavy” which they are not in my opinion. However, their customer service is great!

GBApparently ship 24/48hours after order… Apparently ship 24/48hours after order but still nothing, reading other reviews this is clearly a scam as they have failed to respond or update me. Will have to go through bank to refund

INDUPED I had ordered 2 army pants for my son, they sent me 4 damaged, burnt shirts and when I raised a complaint by mailing them, they didn't bother to respond till date. They don't have any calling number, only one email id they have given where if mails are being sent, no responses are received. How can such stores get licenses to carry business and cheat customers. Very, very disappointed & dissatisfied. Offline purchases are always better.
