Poor quality not like picture Poor quality not like picture. Unable to return. I was told items that have have scratches or that show they have been worn cannot be returned. I ordered a Pelagus Aegean Blue bracelet. Looked beautiful in pictures however not like the pictures. Do not order as you will be disappointed.

Photos on website are very flattering Photos on website are very flattering, the bracelets were not great quality and one was completely the wrong size. No help from customer service when you are based in UK. Also locking screw fell off within one week and was lost. I have others (different suppliers) where the screw design means it cannot fall off. They should look into this at the very least. Shame, very disappointed.

Beware ordering from these people Beware ordering from these people. The bracelet I ordered for my husband looks way different from website. It is very thin, and feminine looking. I tried to return for a refund, however they would only offer to replace it with the same bracelet, or give me store credit. I actually don't trust ordering anything else from them, and I certainly don't need another of the same bracelet. Apparently, you're supposed to read all the FAQ's before ordering from them, and then you would know they don't do refunds.

problem resolved... They use the excuse that they are a small business for reasons of the lack of getting back to you with order issues. Jewelry is small in sizes. That of a child. Took 3 emails and 2 weeks for someone to get back to me, only to be told it was too late to even exchange for a store credit. Bad products, no refunds Unclear that they didn't offer refunds. Products are low quality and ugly. Don't waste your time/money.
