Make sure you are looking at the return conditions: once you buy, you cannot send back and get refunded. You MUST buy again. Also, the horseshoe shackle is impossible to close by yourself. The C-clasp is easier but the size you need differs depending the buckle you chose. And if you want to change this, you just pay fees to make any exchange. In short, products are very basics, nothing special and the customer service is horrible, or better said non-existent. Avoid this website site!

Issues resolved..... I had some difficulties receiving the order, but it was resolved (they went out of their way to sort out) by customer servoces and I am satisfied with the bracelet.

Poor quality not like picture Poor quality not like picture. Unable to return. I was told items that have have scratches or that show they have been worn cannot be returned. I ordered a Pelagus Aegean Blue bracelet. Looked beautiful in pictures however not like the pictures. Do not order as you will be disappointed.
