GBTerrible Exchange Policy and Impossible to fasten Almost impossible to fasten using one hand. On top of that, they have a ludicrous exchange policy. You cannot return for a refund but only to exchange - if they allow it. You have to take a photo of the front of the bracelet, send it in, and if it meets with their approval, they will exchange. This is outrageous. Stay away from this company.

GBSent me damaged bangles, ignored my exchange request UPDATE January 2024: Elegatto seems to have improved their customer service experience recently. Their new rep reached out to introduce themself to me last month to address my poor ordering experience that happened almost a year ago. I’m pleased to say that they have indeed addressed it to my satisfaction. I’ve now updated my rating to 5 stars and I’m now considering purchasing more accessories from Elegatto again. April 2023: Elegatto sent me damaged bangles. Their website requires we email them instead of initiating an exchange request, as they do not accept damaged items through the Return & Exchanges center. I emailed them multiple times, but they ignored me until the exchange window passed. Worked with my credit card company to chargeback. Do not trust Elegatto to honor their exchange policy.

GBZero star should be the review Zero star should be the review. Extremely bad customer service, their never reply!! Make sure you are looking at the return conditions: once you buy, you cannot send back and get refunded. You MUST buy again. Also, the horseshoe shackle is impossible to close by yourself. The C-clasp is easier but the size you need differs depending the buckle you chose. And if you want to change this, you just pay fees to make any exchange. In short, products are very basics, nothing special and the customer service is horrible, or better said non-existent. Avoid this website site!

IEI submitted an order in mid-December I submitted an order in mid-December. Since then, no order information has been provided, and there's no response from their email address. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this website. I'll be contacting my Credit Card Company to see if I can get a refund. UPDATE - Feb 2: I notified Elegatto that I would be complaining to the local police department - and received a response the same day. Customer Service said that my money would be refunded within a matter of a few days. I received the refund back into my account a few days later. Since then, they have asked me (several times) to update the review - so I've decided to provide additional feedback here. It's disappointing to see that so many people are STILL having the same poor experience that I had. I wonder how many simply write off the cash... resulting in a tidy profit for Elegatto. In addition, several customers speak about their disappointment with the quality of the product received. So, my recommendation is to read the reviews and make up your own mind. If you want my opinion, I think Elegatto does not put the customer first... and I wouldn't consider ever purchasing from their site again.

GBPhotos on website are very flattering Photos on website are very flattering, the bracelets were not great quality and one was completely the wrong size. No help from customer service when you are based in UK. Also locking screw fell off within one week and was lost. I have others (different suppliers) where the screw design means it cannot fall off. They should look into this at the very least. Shame, very disappointed.
