Terrible Exchange Policy and Impossible to fasten Almost impossible to fasten using one hand. On top of that, they have a ludicrous exchange policy. You cannot return for a refund but only to exchange - if they allow it. You have to take a photo of the front of the bracelet, send it in, and if it meets with their approval, they will exchange. This is outrageous. Stay away from this company.

Sent me damaged bangles, ignored my exchange request UPDATE January 2024: Elegatto seems to have improved their customer service experience recently. Their new rep reached out to introduce themself to me last month to address my poor ordering experience that happened almost a year ago. I’m pleased to say that they have indeed addressed it to my satisfaction. I’ve now updated my rating to 5 stars and I’m now considering purchasing more accessories from Elegatto again. April 2023: Elegatto sent me damaged bangles. Their website requires we email them instead of initiating an exchange request, as they do not accept damaged items through the Return & Exchanges center. I emailed them multiple times, but they ignored me until the exchange window passed. Worked with my credit card company to chargeback. Do not trust Elegatto to honor their exchange policy.

Issues resolved..... I had some difficulties receiving the order, but it was resolved (they went out of their way to sort out) by customer servoces and I am satisfied with the bracelet.

Beware ordering from these people Beware ordering from these people. The bracelet I ordered for my husband looks way different from website. It is very thin, and feminine looking. I tried to return for a refund, however they would only offer to replace it with the same bracelet, or give me store credit. I actually don't trust ordering anything else from them, and I certainly don't need another of the same bracelet. Apparently, you're supposed to read all the FAQ's before ordering from them, and then you would know they don't do refunds.
