Happy customer I’m amending my initial review. After contacting the company about a poor experience and defective materials, I was pleased to receive a personal response from customer service. I received a replacement bracelet of very good quality. I love their style and my husband is happy!

I' am not sure if this store is a scam I' am not sure if this store is a scam. I ordered a bracelet and it said it was shipping out but after a week the post office still hadn't received it. I wrote numerous emails with no response. Then I wrote one last time asking about it and saying I would do a. charge back on my CC card and my order was refunded within the hour. Beware

Poor quality not like picture Poor quality not like picture. Unable to return. I was told items that have have scratches or that show they have been worn cannot be returned. I ordered a Pelagus Aegean Blue bracelet. Looked beautiful in pictures however not like the pictures. Do not order as you will be disappointed.

Terrible Exchange Policy and Impossible to fasten Almost impossible to fasten using one hand. On top of that, they have a ludicrous exchange policy. You cannot return for a refund but only to exchange - if they allow it. You have to take a photo of the front of the bracelet, send it in, and if it meets with their approval, they will exchange. This is outrageous. Stay away from this company.

Very bad quality product As a follow up to the below review, someone from Customer Care did reach out to me after this review and sent a replacement product. This new item seems to be of better quality and is holding up so far. I appreciate them following up and doing something about this issue. Thanks Very bad quality product. Bought a bracelet from them in Dec 2023. Very bad quality locking mechanism. One of the bracelets I bought had very bad quality securing mechanism. The pin came off and I lost it few months ago. Right after I bought it, I found the bracelet. But the secondary pin provided also did not stay in place either. No good response from customer service. I was told that's money down the drain as its been over 30 days.
