USTerrible Exchange Policy and Impossible to fasten Almost impossible to fasten using one hand. On top of that, they have a ludicrous exchange policy. You cannot return for a refund but only to exchange - if they allow it. You have to take a photo of the front of the bracelet, send it in, and if it meets with their approval, they will exchange. This is outrageous. Stay away from this company.

USZero star should be the review Zero star should be the review. Extremely bad customer service, their never reply!! Make sure you are looking at the return conditions: once you buy, you cannot send back and get refunded. You MUST buy again. Also, the horseshoe shackle is impossible to close by yourself. The C-clasp is easier but the size you need differs depending the buckle you chose. And if you want to change this, you just pay fees to make any exchange. In short, products are very basics, nothing special and the customer service is horrible, or better said non-existent. Avoid this website site!

USBeware ordering from these people Beware ordering from these people. The bracelet I ordered for my husband looks way different from website. It is very thin, and feminine looking. I tried to return for a refund, however they would only offer to replace it with the same bracelet, or give me store credit. I actually don't trust ordering anything else from them, and I certainly don't need another of the same bracelet. Apparently, you're supposed to read all the FAQ's before ordering from them, and then you would know they don't do refunds.

DKThis has got to be the worst customer… This has got to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My bracelets got stucked in customs and the Danish courier wanted addtional fee for handling it, fee that was same price as the bracelet. However, cannot blame elegatto for that, BUT, they refuse to refund my money. They get their products back, can sell them to others but will not refund my money. I have paid for nothing! DO NOT give such company more orders!
