Contact us...but we won't help... So made an error as I checked out and emailed and called straight away. No way to amend orders online. They won't let you amend or cancel orders even before they have been shipped. Rude customer service person told me I couldn't speak to his manager (who strangely changed from male to female during the conversation) and I just cannot believe they think sending an item which is unwanted, only to have it sent back, is better for customers or the environment. Shame on you Nixon. Sort out your systems to allow changes before delivery. It's shambolic.

The quality is just not there The quality is just not there. I’ve had 3 watches all have issues, Nixon refuses to fix them as they’re “discontinued” (only 2 years old!!) and only offers a measly amount to buy a new watch. It’s an absolute joke, they’re a massive disappointment sadly. Spend your money elsewhere on a quality brand that stands behind their product. This however, is cheap garbage that is not stood behind.

Horrible product!!!! Horrible product. Tide watch died in less than a year. Was not repairable according to Nixon who I chased for 2.5 months for an answer. Customer service blamed me for their faulty product. Buyer beware…please do not fall victim to this company who peddles poorly crafted product, than offers no solution to replace or repair. Shame on Nixon.

This is by far my worst experience of … This is by far my worst experience of customer service. Obstructive, unapologetic and painfully slow. Just needed a replacement black leather strap for a Rollo(All Black model) watch. You would think this would be easy but I've spent 5 frustrating months of emailing trying to purchase a black strap - apparently this is totally impossible for Nixon to provide! The only replacements straps offered were either brown or a red & blue stripe. Well, finally out of frustration I gave in and opted for the brown. Bad decision it's just arrived and is a really unpleasant orange/chestnut colour- unwearable with a black watch. Nixon didn't mention when I paid but in their last email stated that product can't be refunded or exchanged - slightly after the event! Would never buy from this company again.

Great watch makers..i have multiple… Great watch makers..i have multiple nixon watches..great design from small slim watches to heavy watches..forever a fan
