Best watches and superb customer service. I own 4 Nixon's and they are all awesome. a 51-30 Tide, Corporal SS, Steelcat and the Kylo Ren Star Wars watch. The Kylo Ren I got due to the fact I sent in a very old Nixon for service and they no longer had those parts and gave me a $350 credit to order anything i wanted. I have local repair shops for replacing batteries etc but I always send the watches to Nixon as they make the process so easy. They also have free battery replacement every year i think so sometimes it is free, including shipping... Awesome watches, sharp looking, a little heavy for the larger ones and superb customer service.

poor Nixon after sales service. I have had a Nixon watch for 3/4 years works fine until it doesn't ! tried customer service email came back, sorry we receiving heavy traffic try again, or go to the same link which returns you to the same email address, tried the chat bot that was out of action tried calling the phone numbers they do not work. no uk help line no service department even called the distributor for the UK they were not even bothered to offer any help. so my experience of trying to get my wach repaired with Nixon is a disaster stressful i think i will go back to Cassio at least they have a working customer service/repair offering.

Can't see the hands The hands on The Sentry are hollow, sort of like wire frames, not solid. So it's almost impossible to see them (so to see where they are pointing). In bright daylight or bright artificial light, you have to move your arm/wrist around until the light catches the thin-framed hands. In low light, fine. So think carefully, if you want to tell the time instantly, you won't be able to most of the (bright) time. All but renders the watch useless, or at best very frustrating. Silly design.

Great Service from Support I received an email promo code for Black Friday which I tried to use twice, but the order was cancelled each time due to incorrect billing on my end. I reached out to Nixon support and they responded promptly. After verifying that I had in fact tried to place the order twice while the promo code was valid, they offered to honor the discount, all I had to do was place the order and call them with the new order number. I did this and when I called to explain the situation, the guy on the phone knew exactly who I was, what was happening and seamlessly executed the offer. Thank you!
