Best watches and superb customer service. I own 4 Nixon's and they are all awesome. a 51-30 Tide, Corporal SS, Steelcat and the Kylo Ren Star Wars watch. The Kylo Ren I got due to the fact I sent in a very old Nixon for service and they no longer had those parts and gave me a $350 credit to order anything i wanted. I have local repair shops for replacing batteries etc but I always send the watches to Nixon as they make the process so easy. They also have free battery replacement every year i think so sometimes it is free, including shipping... Awesome watches, sharp looking, a little heavy for the larger ones and superb customer service.

Can't see the hands The hands on The Sentry are hollow, sort of like wire frames, not solid. So it's almost impossible to see them (so to see where they are pointing). In bright daylight or bright artificial light, you have to move your arm/wrist around until the light catches the thin-framed hands. In low light, fine. So think carefully, if you want to tell the time instantly, you won't be able to most of the (bright) time. All but renders the watch useless, or at best very frustrating. Silly design.

Nice design, poor quality Bought myself one as a Christmas present and it isn’t great quality. While I didn’t expect much for the price, I expected better than it is. The band is extremely short and only just closes and feels “tinny”…. I doubt this will get much use and likely will just sit in the box!

The quality is just not there The quality is just not there. I’ve had 3 watches all have issues, Nixon refuses to fix them as they’re “discontinued” (only 2 years old!!) and only offers a measly amount to buy a new watch. It’s an absolute joke, they’re a massive disappointment sadly. Spend your money elsewhere on a quality brand that stands behind their product. This however, is cheap garbage that is not stood behind.
