GBThe standard of watch The standard of watch, battery life, customer service - all poor. THE BIGGEST ISSUE IS BATTERY LIFE - IT USED UP NEARLY 75% OF BATTERY POWER JUST OVERNIGHT WHILST SLEEPING. I think this is my 2nd or 3rd replacement and still having issues with charging points going rusty green - plus the charging points are hot when you put on wrist. Look elsewhere if you want to buy a watch - Suunto or Garmin for waterproof outside stuff.

GBContact us...but we won't help... So made an error as I checked out and emailed and called straight away. No way to amend orders online. They won't let you amend or cancel orders even before they have been shipped. Rude customer service person told me I couldn't speak to his manager (who strangely changed from male to female during the conversation) and I just cannot believe they think sending an item which is unwanted, only to have it sent back, is better for customers or the environment. Shame on you Nixon. Sort out your systems to allow changes before delivery. It's shambolic.

GBThis is by far my worst experience of … This is by far my worst experience of customer service. Obstructive, unapologetic and painfully slow. Just needed a replacement black leather strap for a Rollo(All Black model) watch. You would think this would be easy but I've spent 5 frustrating months of emailing trying to purchase a black strap - apparently this is totally impossible for Nixon to provide! The only replacements straps offered were either brown or a red & blue stripe. Well, finally out of frustration I gave in and opted for the brown. Bad decision it's just arrived and is a really unpleasant orange/chestnut colour- unwearable with a black watch. Nixon didn't mention when I paid but in their last email stated that product can't be refunded or exchanged - slightly after the event! Would never buy from this company again.

DKDefinitely interesting design Definitely interesting design. But when using it's disappointing. The watch buckle adjusts poorly, squeals like an old bicycle chain, and gives you a constant discomfort by pulling out your hand hair.

AUCan't see the hands The hands on The Sentry are hollow, sort of like wire frames, not solid. So it's almost impossible to see them (so to see where they are pointing). In bright daylight or bright artificial light, you have to move your arm/wrist around until the light catches the thin-framed hands. In low light, fine. So think carefully, if you want to tell the time instantly, you won't be able to most of the (bright) time. All but renders the watch useless, or at best very frustrating. Silly design.
