What a bad experience What a bad experience. So I ordered my products a week ago, immediately got charged, then never got my shipping confirmation. In the email that I received, it said my items would be shipped in 1 business day, which would have been the next day. Then, after doing so I contacted them 5 days later, and never got a response. However, this morning, they cancelled one of my items, said it was out of stock, then shipped my other item. I called them, and they weren't in the least bit helpful or courteous. It's too bad because they are a referral from a major affiliate who I am going to reach out to and share my terrible experience with. Honesty is the best policy, and I'm just telling you my experience.

At the end of a nearly three month long… At the end of a nearly three month long saga, I FINALLY got refunded for my return. I will spare everyone the details but let’s just say that the customer service leaves something to be desired. The “processing” of a return does not take two months. It just doesn’t. I’ve worked in small independent retail shops handling large volumes and we never took that long to do ANYTHING, much less refund a returned item in perfect condition with its receipt, original packaging and tags. I was appalled and will never order from Need Supply again.

Awful Customer service The website had two different sizes charts for one of their dresses. I ordered the wrong size because of this confusion. When I reached out to customer service, they were deliberately not helpful and rude. This company does not look out for its customers and does not help solve problems.

A Bit Short Sighted. Recently revised their return policy to 14 days. In order to "get in line with other retailers". With the number of 1 star reviews showing them shipping the wrong product and more, you think they'd show some leniency on the revised policy. Always get a laugh when stores would rather have a single $100 sale, than a customer for life spending $1,000's over years. The products they stock are NOT unique--- 100 other online retailers with far better policies and customer service to get this stuff from. Shame, because their site is clean-- but I'll just use it to browse, and then buy elsewhere.

Scam. Too good to be true I ordered an item for 7 and found that several payments were made over two days all to different companies. My account has been cleaned and I have to try to get 100 back. Too good to be true offers.
