I wish my closet was Need Supply Co. From a guys perspective, Need Supply Co. does not follow trends, yet doesn't push clothing that screams at an audience. Their selection fits in perfectly, setting you a part in the small details without saying "look at me." In the past three years, I've gotten 80% of my wardrobe and favorite items from Need Supply. The items that I wear on a daily basis (jeans, shirts, button ups, and outerwear) all have come from Need Supply. Solid and consistent, great customer service.

NEED Something? Needsupply is like the really cool girl or guy you want to be friends with then wear everything in their closet. Hip without trying to hard online destination for content and shopping. A clean and smartly curated collection of clothes, shoes and accessories. Everything feels original and high quality. I also love their blog and social media threads "Dude to Know" and #cozyvilleusa; they make creativity look easy.

Scam. Too good to be true I ordered an item for 7 and found that several payments were made over two days all to different companies. My account has been cleaned and I have to try to get 100 back. Too good to be true offers.

Awful Customer service The website had two different sizes charts for one of their dresses. I ordered the wrong size because of this confusion. When I reached out to customer service, they were deliberately not helpful and rude. This company does not look out for its customers and does not help solve problems.

I wish I could give them zero stars I wish I could give them zero stars. They have the worst, most inflexible customer service. They are NOT a good company. They don’t actually care about their customers. Obviously a cute collection of clothes and designers, but not worth supporting this company. I would rather support true small businesses who care about their customers.
