Lured in by the Sales :( I was lured in by their (wildly cheap) closeout sale. Immediately when the items came, I knew I messed up. They all came sealed in their own plastic bags (think Shein). I got a couple of jumpsuits that were allegedly all mediums but...when I tried them on they were such a strange fit. It's as though the pant portion was a size small and the top was a size large. I'm a full C right now and I didn't come close to filling out the bust while from the waist down it was pretty tight. I got a few dressed that wouldn't fit over my hips or over my shoulders. I don't know what Need Supply thinks a medium is, but this certainly ain't it. I can't believe that they were selling almost all of these items for over $100. The only thing I can wear is a faux fur coat that I (thank goodness) got in a size large. Since they aren't accepting any returns, I'll likely be selling almost all of the items I received. Thank GOD they're going out of business. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from them. Let them sit on their inventory and think about what they did.

At the end of a nearly three month long… At the end of a nearly three month long saga, I FINALLY got refunded for my return. I will spare everyone the details but let’s just say that the customer service leaves something to be desired. The “processing” of a return does not take two months. It just doesn’t. I’ve worked in small independent retail shops handling large volumes and we never took that long to do ANYTHING, much less refund a returned item in perfect condition with its receipt, original packaging and tags. I was appalled and will never order from Need Supply again.

Why the low reviews???? Not sure why reviews are so low here. I ordered $180 adidas sneakers for $65 on needsupply and order was processed and shipped same day. Arrived at my house in 2 days. Perfect smooth transaction would 100% order again 🙏.

Absolutely horrible experience Absolutely horrible experience. Much like the comments below had my order cancelled due to it being flagged as fraud, customer service was no help whatsoever. I gave them another chance and this time when I received my order they failed to pay for postage although I was given free two shipping, so when the order came I had to pay $11 to receive my shoes from the post office. This place is an absolute joke. Please shop elsewhere!

Avoid them like the plague Avoid them like the plague! When my order arrived they had obviously sent the wrong size. When I contacted them, they expected me to pay for the return costs (which were about 50% of the cost of the shoes). Beware! Their so-called Return Policy puts the entire burden on YOU even when the screwup was their fault. When I contacted them regarding their providing shipping costs for the return due to their error, to no surprise, communication stopped. Be warned.
