The company misrepresented the sizing… The company misrepresented the sizing of a $120 pair of shoes on their web site. When the shoes arrived and were marked differently and consequently did not fit, they refused to accept a return.

Need Supply is an exquisite cache of sophisticated and unique casualwear. Impressive, crisp, and innovative. From day one these guys have supplied a consistently high quality selection of product. They purposefully source merchandise from a diverse array of vendors. In short, there is something here for everyone. Give their online site a go, and try to tell me I'm wrong.

I wish my closet was Need Supply Co. From a guys perspective, Need Supply Co. does not follow trends, yet doesn't push clothing that screams at an audience. Their selection fits in perfectly, setting you a part in the small details without saying "look at me." In the past three years, I've gotten 80% of my wardrobe and favorite items from Need Supply. The items that I wear on a daily basis (jeans, shirts, button ups, and outerwear) all have come from Need Supply. Solid and consistent, great customer service.

Awful Customer service The website had two different sizes charts for one of their dresses. I ordered the wrong size because of this confusion. When I reached out to customer service, they were deliberately not helpful and rude. This company does not look out for its customers and does not help solve problems.

Lured in by the Sales :( I was lured in by their (wildly cheap) closeout sale. Immediately when the items came, I knew I messed up. They all came sealed in their own plastic bags (think Shein). I got a couple of jumpsuits that were allegedly all mediums but...when I tried them on they were such a strange fit. It's as though the pant portion was a size small and the top was a size large. I'm a full C right now and I didn't come close to filling out the bust while from the waist down it was pretty tight. I got a few dressed that wouldn't fit over my hips or over my shoulders. I don't know what Need Supply thinks a medium is, but this certainly ain't it. I can't believe that they were selling almost all of these items for over $100. The only thing I can wear is a faux fur coat that I (thank goodness) got in a size large. Since they aren't accepting any returns, I'll likely be selling almost all of the items I received. Thank GOD they're going out of business. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from them. Let them sit on their inventory and think about what they did.
