USI really don't understand the bad… I really don't understand the bad reviews. My husband purchased a dress and I'm really happy with the style and fit overall. The shipping was pretty fast. I'm removing one star because I emailed customer service and never received a response. Overall it was a great experience and would definitely buy from them again.

USAbsolutely horrible experience Absolutely horrible experience. Much like the comments below had my order cancelled due to it being flagged as fraud, customer service was no help whatsoever. I gave them another chance and this time when I received my order they failed to pay for postage although I was given free two shipping, so when the order came I had to pay $11 to receive my shoes from the post office. This place is an absolute joke. Please shop elsewhere!

JPWaste of time Horrible customer service. Tried to order the same thing several times and it kept getting “flagged for fraud.” Customer service agent “Owen” was absolutely unhelpful. Couldn’t offer any solutions, didn’t even try and wouldn’t respond after like two messages. No one else was available for help suspiciously enough. Waste of time, will definitely not be ordering from here ever. And will be telling everyone I know as well. Wow but after reading all of these reviews I’m actually grateful that my charges were canceled. Clearly they are just an all around unreliable company. Dodged a bullet!!

CAUnreliable online purchase Unreliable online purchase. They do not check if credit card address matches shipping address. I was billed 108,89 CA $, for a purchase I did not make! Credit card is now void and Master Card is investigating the fraud!

USAt the end of a nearly three month long… At the end of a nearly three month long saga, I FINALLY got refunded for my return. I will spare everyone the details but let’s just say that the customer service leaves something to be desired. The “processing” of a return does not take two months. It just doesn’t. I’ve worked in small independent retail shops handling large volumes and we never took that long to do ANYTHING, much less refund a returned item in perfect condition with its receipt, original packaging and tags. I was appalled and will never order from Need Supply again.
