Lured in by the Sales :( I was lured in by their (wildly cheap) closeout sale. Immediately when the items came, I knew I messed up. They all came sealed in their own plastic bags (think Shein). I got a couple of jumpsuits that were allegedly all mediums but...when I tried them on they were such a strange fit. It's as though the pant portion was a size small and the top was a size large. I'm a full C right now and I didn't come close to filling out the bust while from the waist down it was pretty tight. I got a few dressed that wouldn't fit over my hips or over my shoulders. I don't know what Need Supply thinks a medium is, but this certainly ain't it. I can't believe that they were selling almost all of these items for over $100. The only thing I can wear is a faux fur coat that I (thank goodness) got in a size large. Since they aren't accepting any returns, I'll likely be selling almost all of the items I received. Thank GOD they're going out of business. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from them. Let them sit on their inventory and think about what they did.

Please stay away from this company, dishonest people Please stay away from this company, please. I purchased a pair of chuck Taylors from them, which was half a size big. The person who I purchased it for did not even try it because he was abroad, just asked me on the phone to change it for a smaller size, which I did. I sent the shoes in its original box, in untouched pristine condition, and waited for my refund. Instead, this company sent the shoes back to me stating that they could not honor the return, because it is not in original box and not in unused condition. This is pure lie and dishonesty. I wish I could post the pictures of the shoes in its original box, even the original tie of the laces are not touched. They will tell every lie to you not to honor the return of their own merchandise, even if you have already purchased the correct size from them. They should not be in this business at all. I wish there were an option for 0 stars or negative stars.

I wish my closet was Need Supply Co. From a guys perspective, Need Supply Co. does not follow trends, yet doesn't push clothing that screams at an audience. Their selection fits in perfectly, setting you a part in the small details without saying "look at me." In the past three years, I've gotten 80% of my wardrobe and favorite items from Need Supply. The items that I wear on a daily basis (jeans, shirts, button ups, and outerwear) all have come from Need Supply. Solid and consistent, great customer service.

What a bad experience What a bad experience. So I ordered my products a week ago, immediately got charged, then never got my shipping confirmation. In the email that I received, it said my items would be shipped in 1 business day, which would have been the next day. Then, after doing so I contacted them 5 days later, and never got a response. However, this morning, they cancelled one of my items, said it was out of stock, then shipped my other item. I called them, and they weren't in the least bit helpful or courteous. It's too bad because they are a referral from a major affiliate who I am going to reach out to and share my terrible experience with. Honesty is the best policy, and I'm just telling you my experience.

Scam. Too good to be true I ordered an item for 7 and found that several payments were made over two days all to different companies. My account has been cleaned and I have to try to get 100 back. Too good to be true offers.
