Avoid them like the plague Avoid them like the plague! When my order arrived they had obviously sent the wrong size. When I contacted them, they expected me to pay for the return costs (which were about 50% of the cost of the shoes). Beware! Their so-called Return Policy puts the entire burden on YOU even when the screwup was their fault. When I contacted them regarding their providing shipping costs for the return due to their error, to no surprise, communication stopped. Be warned.

Need Supply is an exquisite cache of sophisticated and unique casualwear. Impressive, crisp, and innovative. From day one these guys have supplied a consistently high quality selection of product. They purposefully source merchandise from a diverse array of vendors. In short, there is something here for everyone. Give their online site a go, and try to tell me I'm wrong.

Scam. Too good to be true I ordered an item for 7 and found that several payments were made over two days all to different companies. My account has been cleaned and I have to try to get 100 back. Too good to be true offers.

Waste of time Horrible customer service. Tried to order the same thing several times and it kept getting “flagged for fraud.” Customer service agent “Owen” was absolutely unhelpful. Couldn’t offer any solutions, didn’t even try and wouldn’t respond after like two messages. No one else was available for help suspiciously enough. Waste of time, will definitely not be ordering from here ever. And will be telling everyone I know as well. Wow but after reading all of these reviews I’m actually grateful that my charges were canceled. Clearly they are just an all around unreliable company. Dodged a bullet!!

Profits > the lives of those supporting their business Really disappointed Need Supply decided, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic to stop including a return shipping with their online orders. In a time when people need to self isolate to protect lives and the integrity of our healthcare system, they have audacity of expecting customers who simply supporting their business to line up at the post office to get return labels to save a few bucks?!
