GBAt the end of a nearly three month long… At the end of a nearly three month long saga, I FINALLY got refunded for my return. I will spare everyone the details but let’s just say that the customer service leaves something to be desired. The “processing” of a return does not take two months. It just doesn’t. I’ve worked in small independent retail shops handling large volumes and we never took that long to do ANYTHING, much less refund a returned item in perfect condition with its receipt, original packaging and tags. I was appalled and will never order from Need Supply again.

GBScam. Too good to be true I ordered an item for 7 and found that several payments were made over two days all to different companies. My account has been cleaned and I have to try to get 100 back. Too good to be true offers.

GBI wish I could give them zero stars I wish I could give them zero stars. They have the worst, most inflexible customer service. They are NOT a good company. They don’t actually care about their customers. Obviously a cute collection of clothes and designers, but not worth supporting this company. I would rather support true small businesses who care about their customers.

GBThe company misrepresented the sizing… The company misrepresented the sizing of a $120 pair of shoes on their web site. When the shoes arrived and were marked differently and consequently did not fit, they refused to accept a return.

AUProfits > the lives of those supporting their business Really disappointed Need Supply decided, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic to stop including a return shipping with their online orders. In a time when people need to self isolate to protect lives and the integrity of our healthcare system, they have audacity of expecting customers who simply supporting their business to line up at the post office to get return labels to save a few bucks?! Profits>the lives of those supporting your business. Really poor form Need Supply. 👎👎👎
