I can almost always find something on sale I must get! It's a treasure trove of interesting and different products that you can't find anywhere else. And if you check the US warehouse option shipping will be much faster. Love it!

my order was place on 4/9/20 my order was place on 4/9/20 - still not received my order - emailed to customer service who responded with it has shipped and it could take up to 40 days. once the 40 day mark came and gone, I have email every day with the day count of how long it has been since order was placed, To date I have not heard anything back from them. Will not be using the again!

Nonexistent customer service, never received items I ordered my nail supplies on October 7th, and I haven’t received it. I contacted customer service, IG page, etc. I never received an answer; what happened to my ordered merchandise, Because of this I have to assume your company is a scam and I opened a claim with PayPal! I want my money back!

Be careful... I placed an order almost a month ago, there is no info at all. The tracking number it looks doesn't exist. The chat of the customer service is saying all the time you will receive an email but the email never came. I can't believe it such a bad service... i have the feeling I was scamed 😤

Frustrated My daughter in law wanted a product. "Free shipping worldwide" Went thru' ordering process.$40 shipping for a $10 product! Our sister in U.S. tried. Site atrocious and she gave up after many tries at buying product. Disappointed daughter in law. Hacked off family in UK AND US.
