Unacceptable service I ordered gel nail polish and a lamp about 3 weeks ago. Even paid for extra shipping so I could track my order. I got a confirmation of payment but after talking to an agent last week my order hasnt been shipped. Another customer agent wrote an email saying what I had paid for was all out of stock. I have asked for a full refund because I don't trust picking something else will work, since then I haven't gotten any response from these guys. Its so upsetting to pay all that money for something that isn't going to come. Bornpretty is a scam! I would advise anyone not to get anything here, these people won't even reply to your emails.

For anyone having problems with their… For anyone having problems with their tracking number seemingly not existing I figured out a solution. You need to search “Airmail Paravion Tracking” on google. You will find a site called track-chinapost.com If you input your tracking number there it will show you your package. Hope this helps.

Great products at great prices! I love getting polishes from Born Pretty. Their magnetic polishes - whether regular or gel - always give a magnificent result. I can almost always find something on sale I must get! It's a treasure trove of interesting and different products that you can't find anywhere else. And if you check the US warehouse option shipping will be much faster. Love it!

Sent crazy glue not clear polish.… 5 weeks to arrive with no contact from the company, email or otherwise, I assumed I had been scammed, which would have been the best probable outcome. Three items arrive in cheap unmarked plastic bottles, no instruction on how to apply. I tried the first polish on my thumb, then quickly realized it was crazy glue. My skin stuck to my nail. It could have been much worse if i didnt do a test patch. Unreal, I wouldnt want to know the damage if the polish was to a young child. Never order from here. $17 and 5 weeks later, all three items in the trash mins after opening.

I’m sick to my stomach I’m sick to my stomach. I ordered from born pretty before, and despite the horrendously slow shipping, it’s been good. But I placed an order in APRIL, and it never showed, opened a ticket, they said they’d resend the order (a month ago), still nothing, and now their site “doesn’t exist”...... I spent $50 and now I can’t even dispute a refund cause there’s no way to contact them.. LIVID!!!!!!!! **Update: the site is now back online, so that’s a relief.. perhaps I panicked too soon. Still hoping to receive my order within the next couple weeks. *fingers crossed
