Unacceptable service I ordered gel nail polish and a lamp about 3 weeks ago. Even paid for extra shipping so I could track my order. I got a confirmation of payment but after talking to an agent last week my order hasnt been shipped. Another customer agent wrote an email saying what I had paid for was all out of stock. I have asked for a full refund because I don't trust picking something else will work, since then I haven't gotten any response from these guys. Its so upsetting to pay all that money for something that isn't going to come. Bornpretty is a scam! I would advise anyone not to get anything here, these people won't even reply to your emails.

2 out of 3 orders gone bad I've ordered a few times, luckily small orders. My first order I received damaged, they took forever to reply to my ticket and resend it. Second order there were no issues. Third order, one year later I still haven't received it. After around 10 weeks I started asking them where it was, they kept asking me to wait another week, this carried on for quite some time. I had to go through paypal to request a refund and I didn't even get a full refund.

You will find a site called track-chinapost.com If you input your tracking number there it will show you your package. Hope this helps.

I can almost always find something on sale I must get! It's a treasure trove of interesting and different products that you can't find anywhere else. A bunch of women are starting to come forward saying that the holographic stamping nail polish from Born Pretty is causing their nails to lift up off of their nail beds. This is extremely dangerous and should not be allowed to be sold. When one woman contacted Born Pretty asking them for a list of what was in the polish they did a wink emoji and said it was top secret. It is scary that they are taking this so lightly. Lots of women are having issues with this polish it needs to be banned.
