For anyone having problems with their… For anyone having problems with their tracking number seemingly not existing I figured out a solution. You need to search “Airmail Paravion Tracking” on google. You will find a site called track-chinapost.com If you input your tracking number there it will show you your package. Hope this helps.

If there was an option for 0 stars it… If there was an option for 0 stars it would be a 0. If you look on the website itself the 800 number is short one number and if you call the 900 number it’s no longer in service. I put in the order on Sept 14th and now it’s Oct 3rd and still no email with a tracking number. The contact info for is two different addresses. One is a run of the mill address that leads to nowhere and the other I’m waiting to see IF there is a response. I can see the 5 star ratings are not genuine, but that’s just an opinion under present circumstances.

But I placed an order in APRIL, and it never showed, opened a ticket, they said they’d resend the order (a month ago), still nothing, and now their site “doesn’t exist”...... I spent $50 and now I can’t even dispute a refund cause there’s no way to contact them.. LIVID!!!!!!!! **Update: the site is now back online, so that’s a relief.. perhaps I panicked too soon. Still hoping to receive my order within the next couple weeks. *fingers crossed

2 out of 3 orders gone bad I've ordered a few times, luckily small orders. My first order I received damaged, they took forever to reply to my ticket and resend it. Second order there were no issues. Third order, one year later I still haven't received it. After around 10 weeks I started asking them where it was, they kept asking me to wait another week, this carried on for quite some time. I had to go through paypal to request a refund and I didn't even get a full refund.
