Bad products, bad shipping. Stay away from them. Lily Ordered 9 items for a total value of 20$ I received only 5 and both 2 polish bottles I received were leaking. (Other items were foils and one brush) One bottle was almost totally empty and I won’t be able to use it. Haven’t heard back from their customer service yet but I doubt I’ll ever see my money again. 20$ is expensive for one mediocre quality brushes and foils. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy from them.

Nonexistent customer service, never received items I ordered my nail supplies on October 7th, and I haven’t received it. I contacted customer service, IG page, etc. I never received an answer; what happened to my ordered merchandise, Because of this I have to assume your company is a scam and I opened a claim with PayPal! I want my money back!

2 out of 3 orders gone bad I've ordered a few times, luckily small orders. My first order I received damaged, they took forever to reply to my ticket and resend it. Second order there were no issues. Third order, one year later I still haven't received it. After around 10 weeks I started asking them where it was, they kept asking me to wait another week, this carried on for quite some time. I had to go through paypal to request a refund and I didn't even get a full refund.

Unacceptable service I ordered gel nail polish and a lamp about 3 weeks ago. Even paid for extra shipping so I could track my order. I got a confirmation of payment but after talking to an agent last week my order hasnt been shipped. Another customer agent wrote an email saying what I had paid for was all out of stock. I have asked for a full refund because I don't trust picking something else will work, since then I haven't gotten any response from these guys. Its so upsetting to pay all that money for something that isn't going to come. Bornpretty is a scam! I would advise anyone not to get anything here, these people won't even reply to your emails.

Sent crazy glue not clear polish.… 5 weeks to arrive with no contact from the company, email or otherwise, I assumed I had been scammed, which would have been the best probable outcome. Three items arrive in cheap unmarked plastic bottles, no instruction on how to apply. I tried the first polish on my thumb, then quickly realized it was crazy glue. My skin stuck to my nail. It could have been much worse if i didnt do a test patch. Unreal, I wouldnt want to know the damage if the polish was to a young child. Never order from here. $17 and 5 weeks later, all three items in the trash mins after opening.
