Nonexistent customer service, never received items I ordered my nail supplies on October 7th, and I haven’t received it. I contacted customer service, IG page, etc. I never received an answer; what happened to my ordered merchandise, Because of this I have to assume your company is a scam and I opened a claim with PayPal! I want my money back!

Be careful... I placed an order almost a month ago, there is no info at all. The tracking number it looks doesn't exist. The chat of the customer service is saying all the time you will receive an email but the email never came. I can't believe it such a bad service... i have the feeling I was scamed 😤

False advertising on amazon 4-5 delivery (purchased end November), once order placed it flags up December 28th for delivery. It’s this companies intention to take people’s money and not delivery with the 4-5 days they state online - duping people out of money. Next stop is trading standards.

Never going to order again Honestly i expected more from a website with such good reviews. Not just didn't the tracking - i paid extra for - not work, but also didn't anything arrive after almost a month. Since i can't track my order in any way, like it's supposed, i can't find out where my order got stuck or what might happened. I'm upset.
