CABad products, bad shipping. Stay away from them. Lily Ordered 9 items for a total value of 20$ I received only 5 and both 2 polish bottles I received were leaking. (Other items were foils and one brush) One bottle was almost totally empty and I won’t be able to use it. Haven’t heard back from their customer service yet but I doubt I’ll ever see my money again. 20$ is expensive for one mediocre quality brushes and foils. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy from them.

DENever going to order again Honestly i expected more from a website with such good reviews. Not just didn't the tracking - i paid extra for - not work, but also didn't anything arrive after almost a month. Since i can't track my order in any way, like it's supposed, i can't find out where my order got stuck or what might happened. I'm upset.

CAFor anyone having problems with their… For anyone having problems with their tracking number seemingly not existing I figured out a solution. You need to search “Airmail Paravion Tracking” on google. You will find a site called track-chinapost.com If you input your tracking number there it will show you your package. Hope this helps.

GBNonexistent customer service, never received items I ordered my nail supplies on October 7th, and I haven’t received it. I contacted customer service, IG page, etc. I never received an answer; what happened to my ordered merchandise, Because of this I have to assume your company is a scam and I opened a claim with PayPal! I want my money back!
