Lies about shipping within 24 hours I read all these reviews after placing an order a week ago (I wish I read these reviews first). Order still hasn't shipped yet. I asked customer service to give them a chance, and they say: "Very sorry to ship your order late because some items of your order were out of stock, we should contact you about this situation earlier, but there are too many orders, hope you can understand." Save yourself the trouble, and go order off Amazon or something :)

Great products at great prices! I love getting polishes from Born Pretty. Their magnetic polishes - whether regular or gel - always give a magnificent result. I can almost always find something on sale I must get! It's a treasure trove of interesting and different products that you can't find anywhere else. And if you check the US warehouse option shipping will be much faster. Love it!

Be careful... I placed an order almost a month ago, there is no info at all. The tracking number it looks doesn't exist. The chat of the customer service is saying all the time you will receive an email but the email never came. I can't believe it such a bad service... i have the feeling I was scamed 😤
