GBCurrently still no answer from last… Currently still no answer from last weeks email. False advertising on amazon 4-5 delivery (purchased end November), once order placed it flags up December 28th for delivery. It’s this companies intention to take people’s money and not delivery with the 4-5 days they state online - duping people out of money. Next stop is trading standards.

CAI’m sick to my stomach I’m sick to my stomach. I ordered from born pretty before, and despite the horrendously slow shipping, it’s been good. But I placed an order in APRIL, and it never showed, opened a ticket, they said they’d resend the order (a month ago), still nothing, and now their site “doesn’t exist”...... I spent $50 and now I can’t even dispute a refund cause there’s no way to contact them.. LIVID!!!!!!!! **Update: the site is now back online, so that’s a relief.. perhaps I panicked too soon. Still hoping to receive my order within the next couple weeks. *fingers crossed

GBIf there was an option for 0 stars it… If there was an option for 0 stars it would be a 0. If you look on the website itself the 800 number is short one number and if you call the 900 number it’s no longer in service. I put in the order on Sept 14th and now it’s Oct 3rd and still no email with a tracking number. The contact info for is two different addresses. One is a run of the mill address that leads to nowhere and the other I’m waiting to see IF there is a response. I can see the 5 star ratings are not genuine, but that’s just an opinion under present circumstances.

GBmy order was place on 4/9/20 my order was place on 4/9/20 - still not received my order - emailed to customer service who responded with it has shipped and it could take up to 40 days. once the 40 day mark came and gone, I have email every day with the day count of how long it has been since order was placed, To date I have not heard anything back from them. Will not be using the again!

CALies about shipping within 24 hours I read all these reviews after placing an order a week ago (I wish I read these reviews first). Order still hasn't shipped yet. I asked customer service to give them a chance, and they say: "Very sorry to ship your order late because some items of your order were out of stock, we should contact you about this situation earlier, but there are too many orders, hope you can understand." Save yourself the trouble, and go order off Amazon or something :)
