Never going to order again Honestly i expected more from a website with such good reviews. Not just didn't the tracking - i paid extra for - not work, but also didn't anything arrive after almost a month. Since i can't track my order in any way, like it's supposed, i can't find out where my order got stuck or what might happened. I'm upset.

my order was place on 4/9/20 my order was place on 4/9/20 - still not received my order - emailed to customer service who responded with it has shipped and it could take up to 40 days. once the 40 day mark came and gone, I have email every day with the day count of how long it has been since order was placed, To date I have not heard anything back from them. Will not be using the again!

For anyone having problems with their… For anyone having problems with their tracking number seemingly not existing I figured out a solution. You need to search “Airmail Paravion Tracking” on google. You will find a site called track-chinapost.com If you input your tracking number there it will show you your package. Hope this helps.

Be careful... I placed an order almost a month ago, there is no info at all. The tracking number it looks doesn't exist. The chat of the customer service is saying all the time you will receive an email but the email never came. I can't believe it such a bad service... i have the feeling I was scamed 😤
