AU2 out of 3 orders gone bad I've ordered a few times, luckily small orders. My first order I received damaged, they took forever to reply to my ticket and resend it. Second order there were no issues. Third order, one year later I still haven't received it. After around 10 weeks I started asking them where it was, they kept asking me to wait another week, this carried on for quite some time. I had to go through paypal to request a refund and I didn't even get a full refund.

GBCurrently still no answer from last… Currently still no answer from last weeks email. False advertising on amazon 4-5 delivery (purchased end November), once order placed it flags up December 28th for delivery. It’s this companies intention to take people’s money and not delivery with the 4-5 days they state online - duping people out of money. Next stop is trading standards.

GBNonexistent customer service, never received items I ordered my nail supplies on October 7th, and I haven’t received it. I contacted customer service, IG page, etc. I never received an answer; what happened to my ordered merchandise, Because of this I have to assume your company is a scam and I opened a claim with PayPal! I want my money back!

CABad products, bad shipping. Stay away from them. Lily Ordered 9 items for a total value of 20$ I received only 5 and both 2 polish bottles I received were leaking. (Other items were foils and one brush) One bottle was almost totally empty and I won’t be able to use it. Haven’t heard back from their customer service yet but I doubt I’ll ever see my money again. 20$ is expensive for one mediocre quality brushes and foils. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy from them.

GBTerrible smell I bought some gel nail polish, very disappointed with your product, I didn't dry, was streaky and the smell is awful. I suppose you get what you pay for, cheap and nasty. I'll pay more next time and get a lot better product.
