You will find a site called track-chinapost.com If you input your tracking number there it will show you your package. Hope this helps.

2 out of 3 orders gone bad I've ordered a few times, luckily small orders. My first order I received damaged, they took forever to reply to my ticket and resend it. Second order there were no issues. Third order, one year later I still haven't received it. After around 10 weeks I started asking them where it was, they kept asking me to wait another week, this carried on for quite some time. I had to go through paypal to request a refund and I didn't even get a full refund.

It has been over 3 MONTHS LATER.... when replying to my complaint, they just ask me to wait longer. They don't offer refunds or ship missing items. To sum up...
