I contacted customer service, IG page, etc. I never received an answer; what happened to my ordered merchandise, Because of this I have to assume your company is a scam and I opened a claim with PayPal! I want my money back!

You will find a site called track-chinapost.com If you input your tracking number there it will show you your package. Hope this helps.
