Bad products, bad shipping. Stay away from them. Lily Ordered 9 items for a total value of 20$ I received only 5 and both 2 polish bottles I received were leaking. (Other items were foils and one brush) One bottle was almost totally empty and I won’t be able to use it. Haven’t heard back from their customer service yet but I doubt I’ll ever see my money again. 20$ is expensive for one mediocre quality brushes and foils. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy from them.

False advertising on amazon 4-5 delivery (purchased end November), once order placed it flags up December 28th for delivery. It’s this companies intention to take people’s money and not delivery with the 4-5 days they state online - duping people out of money. Next stop is trading standards.

For anyone having problems with their… For anyone having problems with their tracking number seemingly not existing I figured out a solution. You need to search “Airmail Paravion Tracking” on google. You will find a site called track-chinapost.com If you input your tracking number there it will show you your package. Hope this helps.

Never going to order again Honestly i expected more from a website with such good reviews. Not just didn't the tracking - i paid extra for - not work, but also didn't anything arrive after almost a month. Since i can't track my order in any way, like it's supposed, i can't find out where my order got stuck or what might happened. I'm upset.
