But I placed an order in APRIL, and it never showed, opened a ticket, they said they’d resend the order (a month ago), still nothing, and now their site “doesn’t exist”...... I spent $50 and now I can’t even dispute a refund cause there’s no way to contact them.. LIVID!!!!!!!! **Update: the site is now back online, so that’s a relief.. perhaps I panicked too soon. Still hoping to receive my order within the next couple weeks. *fingers crossed

Be careful... I placed an order almost a month ago, there is no info at all. The tracking number it looks doesn't exist. The chat of the customer service is saying all the time you will receive an email but the email never came. I can't believe it such a bad service... i have the feeling I was scamed 😤

Great products at great prices! I love getting polishes from Born Pretty. Their magnetic polishes - whether regular or gel - always give a magnificent result. I can almost always find something on sale I must get! It's a treasure trove of interesting and different products that you can't find anywhere else. And if you check the US warehouse option shipping will be much faster. Love it!

For anyone having problems with their… For anyone having problems with their tracking number seemingly not existing I figured out a solution. You need to search “Airmail Paravion Tracking” on google. You will find a site called track-chinapost.com If you input your tracking number there it will show you your package. Hope this helps.
