You will find a site called track-chinapost.com If you input your tracking number there it will show you your package. Hope this helps.

If you look on the website itself the 800 number is short one number and if you call the 900 number it’s no longer in service. I put in the order on Sept 14th and now it’s Oct 3rd and still no email with a tracking number. The contact info for is two different addresses. One is a run of the mill address that leads to nowhere and the other I’m waiting to see IF there is a response. I can see the 5 star ratings are not genuine, but that’s just an opinion under present circumstances.
