But I placed an order in APRIL, and it never showed, opened a ticket, they said they’d resend the order (a month ago), still nothing, and now their site “doesn’t exist”...... I spent $50 and now I can’t even dispute a refund cause there’s no way to contact them.. LIVID!!!!!!!! **Update: the site is now back online, so that’s a relief.. perhaps I panicked too soon. Still hoping to receive my order within the next couple weeks. *fingers crossed

Terrible smell I bought some gel nail polish, very disappointed with your product, I didn't dry, was streaky and the smell is awful. I suppose you get what you pay for, cheap and nasty. I'll pay more next time and get a lot better product.

Their holographic stamping nail polish is causing women's nails to lift up off their nail beds. Their holographic stamping nail polish is dangerous. A bunch of women are starting to come forward saying that the holographic stamping nail polish from Born Pretty is causing their nails to lift up off of their nail beds. This is extremely dangerous and should not be allowed to be sold. When one woman contacted Born Pretty asking them for a list of what was in the polish they did a wink emoji and said it was top secret. It is scary that they are taking this so lightly. Lots of women are having issues with this polish it needs to be banned.

Lies about shipping within 24 hours I read all these reviews after placing an order a week ago (I wish I read these reviews first). Order still hasn't shipped yet. I asked customer service to give them a chance, and they say: "Very sorry to ship your order late because some items of your order were out of stock, we should contact you about this situation earlier, but there are too many orders, hope you can understand." Save yourself the trouble, and go order off Amazon or something :)
