Bad products, bad shipping. Stay away from them. Lily Ordered 9 items for a total value of 20$ I received only 5 and both 2 polish bottles I received were leaking. (Other items were foils and one brush) One bottle was almost totally empty and I won’t be able to use it. Haven’t heard back from their customer service yet but I doubt I’ll ever see my money again. 20$ is expensive for one mediocre quality brushes and foils. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy from them.

Be careful... I placed an order almost a month ago, there is no info at all. The tracking number it looks doesn't exist. The chat of the customer service is saying all the time you will receive an email but the email never came. I can't believe it such a bad service... i have the feeling I was scamed 😤

my order was place on 4/9/20 my order was place on 4/9/20 - still not received my order - emailed to customer service who responded with it has shipped and it could take up to 40 days. once the 40 day mark came and gone, I have email every day with the day count of how long it has been since order was placed, To date I have not heard anything back from them. Will not be using the again!

Terrible smell I bought some gel nail polish, very disappointed with your product, I didn't dry, was streaky and the smell is awful. I suppose you get what you pay for, cheap and nasty. I'll pay more next time and get a lot better product.
