Be careful... I placed an order almost a month ago, there is no info at all. The tracking number it looks doesn't exist. The chat of the customer service is saying all the time you will receive an email but the email never came. I can't believe it such a bad service... i have the feeling I was scamed 😤

Never going to order again Honestly i expected more from a website with such good reviews. Not just didn't the tracking - i paid extra for - not work, but also didn't anything arrive after almost a month. Since i can't track my order in any way, like it's supposed, i can't find out where my order got stuck or what might happened. I'm upset.

For anyone having problems with their… For anyone having problems with their tracking number seemingly not existing I figured out a solution. You need to search “Airmail Paravion Tracking” on google. You will find a site called track-chinapost.com If you input your tracking number there it will show you your package. Hope this helps.
