CACustomer Service I just ordered my first bag with Barracuda. Initially I ran into some problems with the payment system however when I emailed the support line, I spoke with Paul who helped identify and rectify the issue. Finally, the order has been placed and I look forward to receiving my new bag. The customer service received by Paul was quick, efficient, professional and friendly. It has been a pleasure. GBI took a while It's been too Long from initial to delivery but you handled it well. I think you should have drsigned the computer stand more sturdily - maybe in metal as opposed to plastic. I am sure they will break shortly. Ideas excellent, and we're way ahead of their time - but by the time you came to market there are many well known and respected luggage manufacturers delivering 80% of what you promised but with vast distribution channels - making it hard for you to compete. Well done and good luck - I have 5 of your cases. Michael

GBTHE WORST OF THE WORSTP Bought the case. Really a piece of junk. To return one needs a return authorisation. I’ve answered the same questions 3X. Totally unprofessional and annoying. DO NOT DO BUSINESS. THEY SUCK

GBBeautifully Innovative I love my Barracuda! I've already used it to Florida. The swivel handle is comfortable and easy to twist while walking. The pull out tray is my favorite feature. Waiting at the gate, I am constantly on my laptop- social media, watching movies, planning itineraries, etc. and having it propped up instead of on my lap takes stress of my neck and shoulders, and weight and heat off my legs. I like standing out with a style that is unique- the blue color really pops, and the design is sleek and unique.

GBhorrible quality horrible quality. bad zippers, plastic table/shelf on handle looks like a weak child could break it on accident. Not much perk beyond it folding up small to store before you take it out on it's first trip, where I expect it would likely fall apart before you make it home. When attempting to return after seeing the poor build quality we discovered they require you pay for your own shipping to send it back. Kind of a shady business tactic that only proved they don't care much for quality or customer experience. Their priority is making money and keeping it. They bank on the fact you wont be willing to pay to ship it back. Not a fan at all. Do not buy this product.
