. Cool and Sophisticated Look Cool factor is definitely the table, handle, collapsible sides and battery compartment. Im not sure about the durability bcos we've not use it. The real test will definitely in a long run after several times of usage. But it has a very cool look that will sure attract attention. Overall i love it. Even the name is cool😊

Initially I ran into some problems with the payment system however when I emailed the support line, I spoke with Paul who helped identify and rectify the issue. High Price for Terrible Quality I fell for the reviews of this product on its own website like I'm sure many others did. It looked like the coolest new suitcase to hit the market with all the extra features (the collapsibility was what really sold me because I live in a small house and saving that room was huge). It turns out, they must only post the best reviews they select on their website from sponsors of theirs, because as you can see by the reviews on here and on Amazon, it does not live up to the hype. I don't enjoy when companies are dishonest like this first of all. To add; My zipper has already separated from the fabric in two parts so I don't expect it to last much longer. The zipper also has peeled apart in one spot and will not zip correctly anymore. The balance of the suitcase is terrible and if you load it with a normal weekend pack, it will constantly fall over forward. I found the extra features like the battery pack and the tray table useless because the plastic is so cheap and fitted so tightly that you can barely even get into these compartments unless you use a knife or something to that effect. It also is much smaller than other carryons that I have had. Overall please just save your money and skip the disappointment, I felt enough of it for everyone else!

Wanted to love it but didn't Wanted to love it- after all, it has a battery charger and laptop tray- perfect! But, the frills mean nothing if it isn't constructed well. Handle wouldn't go down first trip out. Second trip out, the zipper broke. Not worth the money at this point until they fix the table stakes items for frequent travelers. Customer service was poor- submitted request and never got a response. No number to call - only email. I would say go above and beyond if you want raving fans. We realize that it's a start up but then work to fix the problems.

I took a while It's been too Long from initial to delivery but you handled it well. I think you should have drsigned the computer stand more sturdily - maybe in metal as opposed to plastic. I am sure they will break shortly. Ideas excellent, and we're way ahead of their time - but by the time you came to market there are many well known and respected luggage manufacturers delivering 80% of what you promised but with vast distribution channels - making it hard for you to compete.
