GBI ordered perfume from this company and… I ordered perfume from this company and it's a scam I ordered in December and I haven't received anything I keep contacting them for a refund or proof of delivery still nothing. So please don't buy anything from this site it's a scam it says it is a trusted site it's not

GBOrdered items in December 2023 Ordered items in December 2023. Returned all items from the order within days of getting them due to quality being subpar. Received confirmation from shopbop of my return and refund on 12/15/23...on 2/13/24...62 days later they claim one item wasn't returned and charged my card back for that item that was returned. Customer service has not been helpful other than shedding light on their IMO sketchy policy of how they handle returns- they refund you upon initial receipt but then it can take 30-60 days for your item to go to another warehouse for "final processing"...aka they can loose your items or not scan them, etc in an additional 30-60 days after they have been returned by the customer but then charge the customer back...cool cool. I will never shop with them again, terrible customer service and all of their product is available on other main street sites with better customer service

GBRun like a sketchy website I ordered a coat from the website and a day later my account was shut down and the order was cancelled. When I called them to try to reinstate my account, I received no reason as to why my account got shut down and was told I can never order from them again. Customer service was horrible. This is not how real company runs.

GBMy order for 3 items still haven’t been… My order for 3 items still haven’t been refunded after shopbop manager telling me tll 5th business day which sin11/16 I filed FTC complaint and also notified my lawyer If refund isn’t issued I’ll be taking legal action For those wondering to shop at shopbop please don’t. They lie to their customers about refund and return.

SAI've been a customer for years and was… I've been a customer for years and was genuinely happy until last month. I ordered a dress and instead I was sent a sarong. As I was travelling for work I shipped by Aramex not DHL expecting a full refund. They have charged me $85 dollars for DHL returns (a service I did not use). Also a refund of $27.60 for the import fees please as it's your mistake. Hopefully this is a one off but not happy.
