Perfect Shipping service to Mexico I shopped for a Jacket on Dec 26th to ship to Mexico and got it by Jan 4th with no incidents, everything was perfect, and I loved the product and the service overall. I didn't need to contact them, make any returns, etc. so I can't review based on those needs.

Do not buy from Canada Do not buy from Canada. I should have read the reviews before dealing with this company. They advertise free shipping and returns to Canada. Be aware they DO NOT refund the duties, so if you have to return anything you’ll be out that charge. This is not clear in the website and advertising free returns is false advertising, I won’t be using them again.

SCAM? SCAM? I ordered a $500 product on Shopbop and immediately my account got locked. No customer service via email, nobody's picking up the phone. Have I been scammed $500? I want my money back or my account unlocked.

First time ordering at shopbop First time ordering at shopbop. Account got locked for absolutely no reason like a lot of people reviewing in here. My card got charged and it’s been two weeks with no refund for Order Number: 126120364. Reached out and was told to wait 5 business days when it’s been over 5 business days. I just want the item or refund. It’s not that hard. Do not recommend ever ordering from shopbop. Their service is disgusting

No email for cancellation on order My account was wrongfully inactivated on my first order?? Didn’t know it was inactivated until 3 days after trying to get into my account to see my shipping updates. Contacted them the first time & was told I won’t receive an email for them canceling my order 125736127 ?? It’s been almost two weeks and I STILL haven’t received my money back. Work on your horrible customer service, will never purchase from Shopbop again.
