5 Star service!!!! Sorry to those that did not receive the experience I have! Tbh, I’m shocked that there are so many negative reviews! I am delighted with how quick my dress arrived! I ordered the dress on Saturday early hours in the morning and it arrived Tuesday with free delivery- I might add! I got the dress I have been searching high and low for, for ages!!!! Service received was great and the dress is just so beautiful! I would definitely shop here again!

I've been a customer for years and was… I've been a customer for years and was genuinely happy until last month. I ordered a dress and instead I was sent a sarong. As I was travelling for work I shipped by Aramex not DHL expecting a full refund. They have charged me $85 dollars for DHL returns (a service I did not use). Also a refund of $27.60 for the import fees please as it's your mistake. Hopefully this is a one off but not happy.

Run like a sketchy website I ordered a coat from the website and a day later my account was shut down and the order was cancelled. When I called them to try to reinstate my account, I received no reason as to why my account got shut down and was told I can never order from them again. Customer service was horrible. This is not how real company runs.

Not a full refund at all Not a full refund at all! They don’t give you the full price of what you paid. I was given only a partial refund, I had paid $220 only a few weeks ago and today received $151 as my return — what an absolute scam and disgrace of a company. I had to pay for shipping despite the top of the website saying it was free shipping and returns, taxes were not refunded, and the conversion was less today than 3 weeks ago when I purchased so I paid extra to whom and for what? I will resolutely not be supporting this company in the future, first and last purchase here.

Do not buy from Canada Do not buy from Canada. I should have read the reviews before dealing with this company. They advertise free shipping and returns to Canada. Be aware they DO NOT refund the duties, so if you have to return anything you’ll be out that charge. This is not clear in the website and advertising free returns is false advertising, I won’t be using them again.
