5 Star service!!!! Sorry to those that did not receive the experience I have! Tbh, I’m shocked that there are so many negative reviews! I am delighted with how quick my dress arrived! I ordered the dress on Saturday early hours in the morning and it arrived Tuesday with free delivery- I might add! I got the dress I have been searching high and low for, for ages!!!! Service received was great and the dress is just so beautiful! I would definitely shop here again!

One star is too high One star is too high. Ordered aftershave supposedly from perfume shop only to find was being delivered from China. Not delivered and emails being rejected when I’ve chased up. Absolute scam and will pursue refund via credit card.

Be aware of the extra charges Shopbop offers a good selection of nice brands with well-described items... But... As a customer ordering from the US to Europe, I've found that they need to be more transparent about the potential extra charges that may occur. Despite finding a clothing item on sale, I've ended up paying more than the full price due to additional fees. It would greatly benefit customers if the company provided clearer information about these charges upfront... Imagine what i could have paid if i /potentially/ had to return the items... Oh my...

Honestly one of the best delivery… Honestly one of the best delivery experiences ever. Item was with me in London within 2 days of ordering it! This is quicker than things I've ordered from within the UK in the past few months. Super impressed and will be shopping again :)!

First time ordering at shopbop First time ordering at shopbop. Account got locked for absolutely no reason like a lot of people reviewing in here. My card got charged and it’s been two weeks with no refund for Order Number: 126120364. Reached out and was told to wait 5 business days when it’s been over 5 business days. I just want the item or refund. It’s not that hard. Do not recommend ever ordering from shopbop. Their service is disgusting
