First time ordering at shopbop First time ordering at shopbop. Account got locked for absolutely no reason like a lot of people reviewing in here. My card got charged and it’s been two weeks with no refund for Order Number: 126120364. Reached out and was told to wait 5 business days when it’s been over 5 business days. I just want the item or refund. It’s not that hard. Do not recommend ever ordering from shopbop. Their service is disgusting

Perfect Shipping service to Mexico I shopped for a Jacket on Dec 26th to ship to Mexico and got it by Jan 4th with no incidents, everything was perfect, and I loved the product and the service overall. I didn't need to contact them, make any returns, etc. so I can't review based on those needs.

Awful Customer Service Awful customer Service! I have ordered a pair of Jeans on Tuesday morning, it is now Thursday night and still hasn’t been shipped! I’ve contacted Shopbop first time on Wednesday morning to ask that they ship asap as I need by 19/4, there reply was a copy paste reply that I will receive an email once shipped, I have emailed them again today and received the same reply, I asked them to put me onto someone that can help me and still waiting on a reply and now my emails won’t go through to them!! Disgusting customer service with no care! I wish I had read these reviews prior to my purchase. After writing this I received an email from Shopbop advising the item would be shipped on Friday which it was and received today Monday15/4. It’s just a shame that it took for me to write this review to get some action from Shopbop.

Bad feeling - resolved It's my first time with shopbop. I ordered a pair of pants almost one week ago. The parcel was sent with UPS. Since yesterday while tracking my package it says: "Delay: Emergency Situation or Severe Weather, Istanbul, Turkey" . This seems very strange to me and my feeling is I won't get my package... Also, I have tried 100 times to unsubscribe from their mails, it does not work and I keep receiving them. Bad feeling overall.... A few days later, after having sent this review, my package arrived. So no bad feeling in retrospect... They also stopped the mails finally...

One star is too high One star is too high. Ordered aftershave supposedly from perfume shop only to find was being delivered from China. Not delivered and emails being rejected when I’ve chased up. Absolute scam and will pursue refund via credit card.
