AUAwful Customer Service Awful customer Service! I have ordered a pair of Jeans on Tuesday morning, it is now Thursday night and still hasn’t been shipped! I’ve contacted Shopbop first time on Wednesday morning to ask that they ship asap as I need by 19/4, there reply was a copy paste reply that I will receive an email once shipped, I have emailed them again today and received the same reply, I asked them to put me onto someone that can help me and still waiting on a reply and now my emails won’t go through to them!! Disgusting customer service with no care! I wish I had read these reviews prior to my purchase. After writing this I received an email from Shopbop advising the item would be shipped on Friday which it was and received today Monday15/4. It’s just a shame that it took for me to write this review to get some action from Shopbop.

GBAwful, Awful Customer Service Awful, Awful customer service. I made a large purchase through ShopBop last week. I received my package and more than half of my merchandise is missing. When I filed a claim with ShopBop, it was denied and I could only be refunded if the merchandise was returned. They will not speak to me on the phone, this is all through email. I refuse to pay for clothing that I did not receive, but there is no one to speak to about this or to escalate. I will never buy from them again, and I will be sure to make my experience known to friends.

THSCAM? SCAM? I ordered a $500 product on Shopbop and immediately my account got locked. No customer service via email, nobody's picking up the phone. Have I been scammed $500? I want my money back or my account unlocked.

ILBad feeling - resolved It's my first time with shopbop. I ordered a pair of pants almost one week ago. The parcel was sent with UPS. Since yesterday while tracking my package it says: "Delay: Emergency Situation or Severe Weather, Istanbul, Turkey" . This seems very strange to me and my feeling is I won't get my package... Also, I have tried 100 times to unsubscribe from their mails, it does not work and I keep receiving them. Bad feeling overall.... A few days later, after having sent this review, my package arrived. So no bad feeling in retrospect... They also stopped the mails finally...

GBHonestly one of the best delivery… Honestly one of the best delivery experiences ever. Item was with me in London within 2 days of ordering it! This is quicker than things I've ordered from within the UK in the past few months. Super impressed and will be shopping again :)!
